Ingredients.
6-7 Drumsticks large
3 tbs of Chinese cooking wine
1 tbs dark soy sauce
1.2 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs of honey
I tbs of ginger crushed
4 cloves of garlic
Half of white or red onion
1 tea spoon of roasted chilli powder
2 tea spoons of brown (raw) sugar
Half a cup of vegetable
Half of red or green capsicum sliced

Marinate the chicken
3 tbs of Chinese cooking wine
1 tbs dark soy sauce
1.2 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs of honey
I tbs of ginger crushed
1 tea spoon of roasted chilli powder
2 tea spoons of brown (raw) sugar
Add your chicken drumsticks and mix well
Cover and place in the fridge for one hour

How to cook
Add half a cup of vegetable oil to pot or wok
Add your drumsticks to the hot oil
Lightly brown your drumsticks
Add half of red or green capsicum sliced
Add half an onion white or 2 spring onions
Add 4 cloves garlic slightly crushed
Add the rest of the marinade
Add 2 glasses of water or just cover the drumsticks
Cover and bring to boil
Stir well and reduce the heat to medium, cook for 20 minutes
It might need another 5-10minutes
Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes
Ready to serve
