My grandfather was from Hong Kong in Canton , he went to Jamaica back in the 1920’s , my mom was born in 1924 , in St Mary.. we have never been to Hong Kong ..I was born in Jubilee hospital, back in the late 50’s ..my Grandfather’s family had a bakery on Duke street many years ago , not there anymore .

Anyways i see you can use some kitchen stuff i would like to donate to you: DISH TOWELS, PAPER TOWELS, FOOD handling Gloves, Paper Plates, Trash Bags, Hand Soap(Sanitizer), Aluminum Foil, Food Trays, Soup spoons, Shopping Bags to carry food items. Guests can bring a Blanket to put on the ground to sit on. Or a very Large Beach Towel and a Beach Umbrella if its Very hot..
Big up colaz and di team I know your the one doing your thing but putting in pumpkin in the dumpling is kinda like your signature touch and it gives it even more flavor so when your doing it for the guests put a little something in it the sauce will always be great but it's two sides of a coin "coconut dumplings" when doing it for you and the team you can do anyway but for the guests touch it up yuh nuh just a thought big up again more life
