yo the joint looks good,, it's a luxury to live alone as a student in a dorm. How much you paid to crash in per month

Single dorm room is definitely a luxury 😅. I did not have to pay as my room was covered under my scholarship but I know some people who pay and I was told that that specific dorm cost about 4500-5k yuan per semester.

Is it safe to leave a laptop or any valuable stuff in the dorm?

Yes! It is very safe! There are cameras in the hallways. Your dorm will have a lock that you have the key to access. Also, the ayis live in the buildings so if you face any issues you can ask them for help

Do you mean dreads like hair dreadlocks? If so, then yes. No one will tell you to cut your hair however you will get a ton of people interested to touch it and take a lot of pictures 😅

Hi! Does CSC Scholarship cover single room also on zhongbei campus? I asked ECNU about it and they said that for scholarship students there’s no way to get single room 🥲

Unfortunately no😕. There are very few single-room dorms on Zhongbei. Many of them were converted to double rooms but if not they are already filled.
