more range of motion of the elbows so more activation of back muscles than a traditional lat pulldown however there are high risks if performed incorrectly

These are weighed pullups for explosiveness, not dynamic strength

@@rohnjambo9969 These don't supplement the clean or snatch though. These don't train explosiveness in any of the pulling positions, nor do they train stability of the shoulders. Chinese weightlifters are very strong. Doesn't mean their training can't be criticized or be fine tuned to be even stronger.
