Chinese White Almond Flakes Cookies
Recipe yields, 70pcs
INGREDIENTS:
150gm Almond Flakes
240gm All Purpose Flour
50gm Super Fine Ground Almond
70gm Icing Sugar
1tsp Salt
160gm Peanut/Corn Oil
BAKE (Innofood KT-V88 Convection Oven):
1. Single Tray: Bake in preheated oven @180c for 16-18minutes (Top & Bottom Heat only mode).
2. Multilayer: Bake in preheated oven @160c for 18-20 minutes (Rear Heat + Convection mode).

Thanks for sharing...may i know why some recipe do have cornflour added ... what is the difference with and without cornflour...hope u can enlighten me

For this particular recipe, adding the corn flour is to create a crumbly/flaky texture in the cookies.

I cannot remember where I got mine 😅 You can check out shopee, lazada or your nearby bakery supplies stores. Mine is a top: 3cm/ bottom: 2cm diameter cookie cutter
