Chip Guard 

I will be making one of those. I did pick up a mag mounted flex guard that was used in a dental office but that is great for the mill and will move the mag one over to the lathe. thanks for the tip

I made something similar some time ago, the slots however is a great idea and I am going to do that to mine also.

Could you give me the rough dimensions on the sheet of plex you started with? Or the dimensions of the actual shield? Looking to make one myself. Awesome idea!
