Currywurst with chips was always my favorite treat when shopping with my grandmother at the department store. I wish I could enjoy those precious moments again. ❤❤❤
@bwredder Thank you. I hold them dear, as many of us do. 💜💐 A generation who survived 2 world wars. Literally, 2. So many people, so much family who endured the hard times. I'd so love to sit with her again. ❤❤❤ Thank you for your comment. ✌️❤️✨️
these boys are the bollocks. everything looks absolutely delightful and theyre really informative with it too. would love to go eat there at some point.
That looks awesome, I make chip shop curry sauce, an apple finely chopped, onion finely chopped, abit of water, curry powder that's it. Taste's just like the chip shop curry sauce from when I was a kid. I will deffo try this version I love these vids ❤
@@fins6191 *palate, it's a shame your grammar didn't evolve along with your "palet" Maybe you should spend some time learning to spell before you hate on people because they have personal tastes🤡
@@mikeoxmaul9386 oh look everyone the toddlerbrained mong who still probably drinks Ribena and gets caught with fingers in his arse like an iddy biddy baby boy who wuvs his fried sausages like a biddy boo boo baby kiddy winkle thinks he's mad intelligent because he corrected an intentionally misspelled word. Let's do this then. How much do you make, what do you do for work? Need a good giggle. Also, you absolute fucking dorkazoid, grammar and spelling are two different things. It's all the deep fried grease, it's clogging your tiny brain.
Ketchup is genuinely an amazing cooking tool. It allows you to keep sauces savoury whilst using the sweet-saltiness of ketchup combined with its vinegars to reduce the bitterness of most sauces, especially tomato based sauces.
Most places just use maykway curry powder with salt and pepper and sometimes onion powder Youd be suprised how many places just cop out . I mean a chip show os litterally just fish in batter deep fried with chips
Thats a load of coriander! Mind me asking what kind of fenugreek that was? Couldn't quite make it out in the clip. *Suppose it was fenugreek seeds 🤔 i have them but have only ever used dried fen leaves. Interesting.
Oh yeah I’ll just “quickly” spend an hour caramelizing some onions pffft Real talk though, ketsup is an amazing ingredient to so many things. Use it in sphagetti to sweeten instead of sugar, many chefs add it to chicken broth as well. Has many uses.
Used to love getting chips with curry sauce in the uk 🇬🇧 as a kid 🧒,I used to stick my face in this little window 🪟 and see if he had any scrap bits of fish 😂he used to give us a paper cone with burnt crispy fish bits and sauce ❤
If the reason you can't eat dairy is bc you're lactose intolerant you can buy lactose tablets. You take them whenever you eat dairy and you're good to go.
Unfortunately it does seem like the case with most of these fine dining "sauces". It's just melted butter with different seasonings. This curry sauce looks bomb af.
