Chocolate Castella Cake 巧克力古早味蛋糕｜Apron
植物油 vegetable oil 70ml
可可粉 cocoa powder 28g / 4Tbsp
低筋面粉 cake flour 60g / 5Tbsp
鮮奶 fresh milk 90ml
香草精 vanilla extract 1/2tsp
蛋黄 egg yolk 6
蛋白 egg whites 6
鹽 salt 1/4tsp
细砂糖 caster sugar 75g / 10Tbsp
烤模 Pan Size 29cm x 7cm x 10cm
150摄氏蒸烘烤 50-60分钟
Steam Bake at 150°C / 300°F 50-60minutes
