植物油 vegetable oil 50g/ 4 Tbsp
可可粉 cocoa powder 25g/ 4 Tbsp
低筋面粉 cake flour 65g/ 5 Tbsp
牛奶 milk 90ml
蛋黄 egg yolk 5
蛋白 egg whites 5
糖 sugar 70g/ 9 Tbsp
盐 salt 1/4tsp
黑巧克力 dark chocolate
巧克力豆 chocolate chips
方模 square mold 15cm x 15cm x 7cm
摄氏150 / 华氏300 水浴烤法 50-60分钟
Bake at 150°C / 300°F in water bath for 50-60 minutes

Super. روعة جمعة مباركة الوصفة هي 50غ زيت 70غ سكر 65غ فرينة 5صفار بيض 5 بياض بيض ملح 25غ كاكاو بودر شكولاطة سوداء 90مل حليب رقاق الشكولاطة،، درجة حرارة الفرن 150مئوي /300فهرنهايت و لمدة 50او 60 دقيقة مع وضع الماء في الصينية......شكرا لكم

1st time baker questions: 1. Can i use all purposed flour to replace cake flour? 2. Do i need to add cornstarch? 3. How to avoid the cake shrink? Do i open the oven slightly, wait for it to cool down only take out the cake?

Hi,cake flour is more delicate than all purpose flour. can try to make, for every 1 cup of all purpose flour remove 2 Tbsp of flour,and replace 2 Tbsp of that with cornstarch. When the cake is baked, it should be taken out immediately and demolded

Hi apron, ur recipe is just AMAZING, its light n soft. It melts in my mouth. But the choco chip sank to the bottom. Also I used 120 degree celcius instead of 150, normally i wont get any cracks with such a low heat but i got a huge crater, any idea why? Hope you reply and thanks for the recipe.

Hi, there are many factors for this, it may be that the egg white beat over or the temperature of the oven is too high

I made the cake. It was soft and smooth. Just make sure you use high quality cocoa powder and the cake will be delicious. However, all of the chocolate chips sank to the bottom of the cake. Did you add more chocolate chips near the end of baking? Thanks for the recipe!

Take part of the cocoa powder and dunk the chips in it to coat it. This will prevent it from sinking ⭐️

Apron, thank you for your reply. I did take it out, maybe 10 minutes after baking... it turns out very soft.. but it’s not sweet at all... I used dark chocolate for the middle part.. will have to add more sugar or use milk chocolate next time..

Hi,maybe is the egg whites problem, you can try beat the egg white on high-speed until become bubble form, begin beat the egg whites on low speed added sugar separately for three times until firm peaks form, they become foamy and frothy it takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites

Had to rebaked another 20mins because am using the top bake only and got to know should do top & bottom after baking for 50mins. Overall it's delicious and texture is soft! Am also using brown sugar instead hence sweetness is much lesser.

I made the cake today. The top cracked and it sunk as soon as I remove it from the tin 😢 should I try 140°c next time and leave the cake in the tin until cooled down?

@@aounypony1882 Cake flour is used(plain flour+cornstarch if you don't have it) No need for baking powder because you whip air into the egg whites which will help the cake rise while baking.
