材料底加:
雞蛋 3顆(大型佳)
牛奶(或水) 50g
植物油 20g
低筋麵粉 45g
無糖可可粉 15g
細砂糖 43-45g
檸檬汁 3g
鹽 1小撮
✩特別注意烤溫有兩種,我這次使用上下火分開的烤箱,190/90代表上火190下火90,無上下火分開的烤箱請用後面的均溫烘焙,烤溫僅提供參考,每台烤箱的特性均不相同,請自行多多觀察~
✩最好可以在蛋糕入烤箱前多加一個烤盤墊著,然後一起放進烤箱,如此可避免下火溫度太高造成蛋糕膨脹太快。
✩蛋糕出爐一定要摔兩次讓熱氣排出,沒有倒扣架也可以用兩個杯子頂著,一定要完全放涼才可以脫模。

✩You might have noticed that there are two kinds of baking temperature here. 190/90 means top temperature is 190 and 90 the bottom one. If your oven only has one button to set the temperature, use the one that followed the previous.
