Egg 1/2
Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp

Dry ingredients

Cake flour/All purpose flour 60g
Cocoa powder 12g
Corn starch 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1/8 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Chocolate chips 1 tbsp

Rice cake ingredients
Glutinous rice powder 40g
White sugar 1 tsp
Water 40ml
Salt 1/8 tsp

Toppings
Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
Sea Salt 1/4 tsp

I just tried this today and it makes 7 instead of 6. The cookies tasted amazing. The sea salt is a must. The sea salt balance the sweetness and the cookies tasted like sea salt caramel. Yumz! Thanks for your recipe!

我估計是可能焗爐的溫度太高,令麵團內的空氣突然加熱膨脹,如果有溫度計的話可以嘗試焗爐的溫度或調低一點點溫度再試一下。

如果用膠手套的話應該不會黏手的,另外先把外皮用手輕輕壓薄,再放入麻糬,黏著接口便可。

麻糬變硬了的話可以放在微波爐加熱一會 曲奇變軟了的話可以放在焗爐 希望可以救回你的曲奇吧😞

How long can i keep the cookies?

In room temperature about 1-2 days. Then keep it in freezer and reheat when you want to eat.

你好,曲奇剛出爐時會好像比較林,待放涼一會後就會變回曲奇正常的質感。如果還未有變回香脆的質感,可嘗試再放回焗爐焗兩至三分鐘,因為每個爐的溫度可能和調較的有偏差,所以焗的時間也可能有分別。

通常有焗爐出來都會像蛋糕的質感 再等冷卻了便會香脆 如果還是和蛋糕一樣的話 可以嘗試再焗多一點時間
