Made this cake for one of my parties and it was a hit! To anyone asking about the missing sugar from the icing, you don't need it because the sugar in the chocolate will suffice.
sure.. why not.. won't be as high.. but still good.. or try to use a smaller pan.. if you use this 8 inch (20cm) pan for half of the recipe, reduce the cooking time of the sponge cake.. check it out after 25 minutes to see if a toothpick comes out clean
