In my opinion, you are the most hard working baker I have ever seen in RU-vid. Your ideas are always refreshing and you are a self taught baker I think which is most impressive I must say. I'm a big fan of your creations. ^_^
Many years ago I trained as a chef and still consider myself a very good cook and pastry chef. Very few food related ideas and video grab my attention but that blew me away. What an incredible idea and the execution was flawless. Bravo.
When Science meets Art I love observing the chemical reaction of the different ingredients when you combine, whip. What a beautiful creation that is a delight to eat I'm sure!

Amazing and delicious cake! I baked this cake for my birthday, even though at first the idea of vertical layers sounded difficult. It was definitely worth it in the end when the guests saw the layers after the first piece of the cake was cut! And the sponge cake turned out extremely soft and delicious. Even on the second day, the cake is still totally great! Thank you for the recipe!

Made this cake for my 12 year old's birthday this fall. My 14 year old called it a "religious experience" - it was THAT good! And I didn't even make the cookie bottom out of a time saving's measure.
