167 grams (3/4 c) water, room temperature
half recipe:
1/2 kilo compound chocolate
83 grams water (3/8 c or 6 tbsp)

** i used 1 1/2 kilo of chocolate po since this is a double barrel cake. size 8"x8.5", actually enough naman na ang 1 kilo. kaya lang since di nice un shape ng cake ko po, kailangan ko syang habulin sa ganache. 🙈😆😊

hi everyone, sharing AGAIN chocolate water ganache. again kasi, it's my first ever video here on yt. ganon ko sya ka love. and using it for yearssss na. 😊 i decided lang to make a more detailed video po for future reference lang din. i always use this under my fondant cakes. same ratio and procedure sa colored water ganache lang din po. but, chocolate is thicker than white chocolate po. fyi. 😊
i can't say na tutorial sya kasi di ko din sya magawa ng perfect. just want to share lang kung pano ko sya gamitin for those na makaka experience din ng tulad minsan ng sa akin. i mean ung akala mong failed pero kaya naman pala.😊💕
