I can tell and I’m sure other people can tell but you just have so much fun doing this and I have fun watching your videos and eating the delicious food!!! Thanks for posting!!!
Stephanie, I love your personality....you're so real, down to earth and seem so sweet. I enjoy watching and your videos calm me. I also love the simplicity of the recipes I've seen and looking forward to turning on my oven again, it's too hot to bake here in Phoenix currently....hoping for a miraculous cool spell to come along...Thank you
I just made it, soooo good, moist, chocolatey, the zucchini disappears leaving enough moisture. Super happy with the result. I put 80 grams of granulated sugar instead of a 100, it was sweet enough. Thanks!
I just found your channel today and I’m so thankful for it! I’m not a baker. I’ve never baked anything. I’ve been sifting through RU-vid videos to try to bake something and your videos have been THE ABSOLUTE BEST at explaining the how and why of baking. You gave me the courage and I’m actually going to try and bake something tomorrow. THANK YOU!
Hi Stephanie, I just wanted to say I totally agree with you on weighing everything, I’m British so always have, it’s so much more precise and easier. I love and look forward to your amazing recipes and watching you make them. Thankyou for teaching us all xxxxx
You have that quality which instantly connects me (and I am sure many others) with you…everything you say or show looks authentic and genuine …one reason is that you focus on technique and not fashionable kitchen gadgets. I am on diet but I will still try this recipe❤️
I love that you clean as you go and organise your items so it is easy to follow.....I feel like I would be confident enough to take on baking...thank you
"Get a scale. Weigh out your ingredients." I'm here for it. We love it. I use an Ozeri, which I find to be very accurate, and it was very inexpensive, too. Best investment for anyone who likes to bake. It's improved my baking a lot. I like not having to worry about how I'm measuring the flour (no scoop and level) or brown sugar (no tamping it down).
Over the summer my cousins grew lots of zucchini and made zucchini bread. They live far away so I never tried it but this recipe seems pretty simple. And looks delicious! Thanks for sharing your videos are always so informative and fun.
This is absolutely delicious and specially the next day. Just one slice is so rich like a brownie. I made half the recipe in which I added half the amout of chips rest with walnuts and divine. I used flax eggs in place of eggs. Thank you and your recipes never fail. I am recommending this recipe to everyone I know 😊 I suggest not to leave out the choc chips to get the deep flavour and also it was with crisp edges to be fully baked when came out of the oven. but it softened after I left it in fridge overnight.
This bread is really really good. My husband and I enjoyed it so much. I added zucchini a little bit more around 20g more and choco chip too.(why not !😅) And sugar was reduced as a 3/4 cup measurement. Perfect bread~~
Made this tonight for dessert, and honestly, I’d trade all the brownie and chocolate cake just for this zucchini bread. So incredible, and the chocolate chips (I used mini chips which melted into the bread, and chunks - which became little melted chocolate surprises.) Makes me want to grow my own zucchini in the garden this year to make more for neighbors & family. Thank you for this recipe!
Absolutely delicious for chocolate lovers, can’t say how well it will keep as it disappeared almost as soon as it cooled . It was moist and not too sweet depending on how many chocolate chips you add. Made it again today for company I know they will love it
Hi Stephanie! Made this bread today!!! OMG....it is fabulous...sooo moist and, you were right, you'd never know that there was zucchini in there. Wow...thank you.
This is not “bread” for me… Stephanie, I might just sell it to my friend as “cake” if you don’t mind.. 😊. Just love all your recipes.. I was a baking novice a year ago, now I am a proper baker among my friends thanks to you!
well its almost midnight but after watching this video I am up making this recipe for breakfast in the morning :) looks so delicious cant wait.. thank you for another great recipe .. love your channel & your sweet dog ;)
Oh boy, yeah, I'm definitely going to make that this weekend. Sounds so good and I've already made 4 loaves of regular zucchini bread. My garden is overflowing with zucchini (of course)!
I grate 2 cup baggies of grated zucchini put in ziplock bags freeze flat, I have a zucchini bread recipe probably 50myrs back, with pineapple, golden raisins, toasted chopped pecans, i toast on the stove top, love all flavors of zucchini bread,‘tis the season right now, I also use small tenter zucchini. Winter yum.
I love the look on your face when you take that first bite Stephanie 😁! I’ll make this to bring to my trip to Yellowstone in oct !! 😘 But I will bake this today just so we can enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee !
i made this for my mom and she was skeptical at first because she thought the combination of zucchini and chocolate sounded odd, but that all went away when she tried this bread! you don’t even taste or even see the zucchini it tastes soooo moist as well. the best part though is how it tastes when it’s cooled down and refrigerated- 🙏😩 it tastes like it came straight from a bakery
Steff Your so Sweet and such an amazing cook. I'm from UK and I don't know what Zucchini is. I'm wondering if it's like an egg plant or cucumber or something.
This is the first I've heard of zucchini bread, but after watching the video, I knew I had to make it. I made with plain without adding any chocolate chips or nuts and it turned out great. Also, Stephanie, just wondering, what makes this a bread and not a cake? I'm new to baking, and my family members also asked why I called it a bread.
Hi Beautiful Stephanie 💖 Mmmm Mmm Mmm! CHOCOLATE PERFECTION! you are the very best 💕 i love watching you cook and... i love you!💜💖💞 God Bless you always!🙏💕💜
