Choosing a van to convert was not an easy choice for us. We first compared all vehicles we could possibly use and then narrowed it down from there one by one. Until we knew it would be a van. Then it was which van? Sprinter vs Transit vs Promaster???
We started with what we thought we needed inside first - then outside - then what size van all of that would fit in.
Everyone is different and has different needs. Our top wants were:
- Shower, Toilet
- Stove, Fridge, Sink
- Bed converted to bench seating with table
- Roof rack for platform and storage
- A few more listed in video
Then from there - the main things that filtered our decision down were:
- budget
- financing,
- size
What sold us on the van we chose was it was the right size, inside and out, and had the drive train we could afford and worked well in snow. Checkout the video to see what we selected for us.
