Hii Ara, how're you currently managing the NZDUSD trade seeing that it nearly hit TP yesterday after CPI but now currently retracing. Are you still holding and patiently waiting for TP or invalidation?
This video may not be as interesting to sum as a payout video but it is very valuable for people who don’t understand what a valid pair is to trade and why a pair is invalid or valid to trade using this strategy. Thanks for the video @ara.
Ciao Ara, thank you very much for this new video. I'm trading your strategy since two weeks now and I'm still trying to understand how to filter the various "signals". For this reason this new video is really gold for me! For a future video, if you think this could add more value to your "free community", maybe it could be helpful to understand when a limit order should be deleted or replaced by a new one on the same pair based on the price action. Anyway, thanks a lot for your kind and great job :)
Thank you for sharing points that disqualifies an opportunity for you. Actually that would be a cool idea to have a disqualification list to go through as a checkbox ❤
What i love with this strat is you can really spot the A+ setups, the trade at 10.30 although yes it played out, i would never have taken, clear sweep and clear BOS and FVG you must see, i still do wonder bout market structure tho, im finding that i win trades even against market structure
I am currently trading these pairs you discussed. This video really helped me to realize important things what I overlooked like full candle close to solidify BOS and importance of FVG above(sell)/below(buy) 50% Fibo. Thanks Ara, great video.
This strategy even works to 1 hour time frame provided that there is a trend and there is no news on your traded pair. I use this to my day trading strategy using 1 hour as my execution.
People are getting their first payout and passing their prop firm challenges after so many years of failed trials, all because of your simplicitic approach. I can't thank you enough Sir. Ara. I will share my own payout day on this platform. God bless you sir 🙏🏾 Edited: I agree with you totally on CAD pairs. I lost 3 trades on CAD pairs. They don't work so well for me. Most times, they take out your Stop loss before moving towards your Take Profits. I've taken note of these pair now you've mentioned it. Thank you once again
Hey Ara absolutely fantastic video as usual! I partially agree with your point about how there is no correlation between trade frequency and profitability. But lets say for example and because of the nature of this strategy you're only able to take 4 trades a month and you have a very good strike rate of 60%, lets say you lose 3 trades and win 1 and so you're down for the month (Which happens of course due to probabilities playing out). Bearing this example in mind, wouldnt it be a more effective approach to deliberately increase your trade frequency so that your edge can play out faster? Lets say you still have a 60% winrate but instead of taking 4 trades for the month you take 20. You're much more likely to be profitable for the month taking 20 trades because you have a larger sample size of trades and thus your edge actually has the chance to play out during the month. Its got more of a chance to really show itself and play out with 20 trades rather than 4 trades. Would love to hear your thoughts on this my brother, I thank you for taking the time to make these incredible videos man! ❤❤
With all due respect brother that is not the right mindset to have in trading. Increasing capital is the objective, not increasing trade frequency. You simply cannot force trades. There is no debating this.. If you cannot master the patience required for this strategy then there are plenty of scalping strategies out there.
@@AraKerbabian💯 Agreed you need to increase the capital to get big lot size and earn more profit but it's not mean that if you've small capital and in Greed of more profit you're not following the risk management, so keep patience buddy it's a swing strategy not a intraday or scalping that's why there is very rare trade frequency 😌💎
Swing trading has always been incredibly unattractive to me. It takes too long, but I’ve been watching your channel for a few months and your approach is good. Trading SMC or ICT (depends on who you ask) LOL…it’s quite simple and I can agree that seeing opportunities on the higher time frame, to me, is always there. It’s just waitinggggg for the move to happen. So I’m going to assume, that’s why you have like 20+ pairs to watch (instead of maybe 5, which I’m used to). Having such a large list allows you to not have to “wait” so long to take a trade-if any, am I correct?
Hello Ara, thank you for making the swing trading tutorial. But I'm still confused about finding the right liquidity and BoS. Could you please make the video? Your video is very interesting and helpful for traders.☺
Hey Ara Hope you and your family are all doing well! absolutely fantastic video as usual! But lets say for example and because of the nature of this strategy you're only able to take 4 trades a month and you have a very good strike rate of 60%, lets say you lose 3 trades and win 1 and so you're down for the month (Which happens of course due to probabilities playing out). To get more trade opportunities you'd have to go to lower timeframes. The strategy works on all timeframes but win rate probably reduces with lower timeframes so the scenario you describe is not likely to play out on higher timeframe like 4H, especially if you screen for the cleanest setups. That's just my opinion though, Ara would probably know better as the expert of the strategy
I took that NZDUSD trade too and currently holding on to dear life because of that deep drawdown. Hope it goes the intended direction, if not, move on to next pair!
Curious to watch this video as the chart preview looks like NZDUSD to me as I’m in the same trade. The difference is that my fib was drawn not from the wick but from the massive bear candle and I’m curious to know why the wick is your high and not the strong bear candle that has led to breaking the structure 🤔
Because that's where liquidity has been swept. Imagen that price would comeback to the top of the big bearish candle, it will most likely wick above that and then continue down because that's where alot of people put their stoploss. So to be safe put it on the previous swing high because if that gets violated the setup is not correct and you want to get out.
@@Romasterss I’m aware about the liquidity sweep and my SL is also above the wick but I’ve seen in other videos that he drew the fib again not from the highest candle/wick but again from a lower candle after which he considers as a lower high and not from the absolute high that swept the liquidity. He talked about not being a big difference if you mark the fib from the higher high or the lower high (as in this case) still curious to hear his opinion as the RR changes depending on where the fib is drawn from and sometimes you might not even get triggered into a trade 🤷♂️
Same here. But i had to close the trade in drawdown because my account dont allowed to hold trades over weekends. (didnt bought that option because I wasnt supposed to trade 4h haha. Thinking to jump back in on Monday
Hello, Ara .. ❤ yo Videos Would you mind making another video about the things you often consider in previous Market structure before validating a setup in the 4H strategy on a chosen pair..
Would you consider entering a trade in the zone based on PA (Engulfing candle, failure swing, LTF shift in MS, etc.), especially if it's not a 5 star set up or not quite at the 71% level, or you keep these rules strict? Thanks!
Hey Ara, love the content bro 👌🏽 always dropping gems for us 🔥 and I’m obsessed with how clean your charts always look 🔥 do you mind giving us your chart colours bro 😂🙆🏽♂️ would love to make my chart like yours…
Ara my G we really appreciate you helping our fellow traders myself included, i would just like to know if you going long on the 4hr with all your confluences in place, do you still consider the weekly and daily timeframes if they bearish would you still go long?
@AraKerbabian yes yes im aware, but now, yours specifically being 0.71 and 0.79, was it through testing that you found these to be the most effective as opposed to the general 0.618 "golden zone"?
Your trading style really become really helpful to me ✊💎 holding is the key the main thing I've learned from u ❤️🩹 I'm consistently waiting for your videos bundle of loves from Pakistan 💓
Great vid. I love trading the HTF, I trade very similar to you so it’s nice to see I’m doing something right ha. Keep making these vids they’re great, haters are trolls.
Yoow Ara bro thank you for consistently providing this much of valuable contents to us. I have one question that i'm really confused. On NZDUSD why did not you draw your fib from most recent high(which is from big bearish engulfing candle) but instead you draw it from the previous high which purged liquidity? is there any rule i miss such as the high should the one that took liquidity or something...?
@@AraKerbabian after watching this video my doubts are clear I marked structure where liquidity was formed in up side or in down side that’s why SL was hitted regularly
I didn't understand why in NZDUSD, the fib tool wasn't started from the immediate swing high that caused the BoS, but started from the previous swing high. I am involved in the same trade but my SL is the immediate swing high.
I marked out the same trade as Ara. I go from external fractal points, that more immediate one you're referring to I would class as an internal fractal point. Ara's reasoning may be different though but thats how i look at it.
Hey brother, tbh, very simple and understandable strategy and explanation for beginners, i just wanted to know what indicators are you using in the chart that marks the fvg and swing points ? It will be helpful for me as beginner to avoid silly mistakes.. hope you understand. Thanks again for simple strategy using fib ❤
Thank u mahn for this awesome video ..would u kindly show us how u enter the trades is there any type of confirmation ur looking for or u just set limits at the ote fib levels
@AraKerbabian bro Ave watched all your videos and I have understood everything u have taught which I truly appreciate but that entry part just confuses me for some reason
@@BeyondLimitsmc1 I've showed step by step my exact process from start to finish. The full strategy video even had a checklist to tick off. You need to try harder man the information is right in front of you.
if there is a liquidity sweep then break of structure and it reverse past 71 and 79 fib level and form equal high at 0 fib will it be still valid to trade?
I have a question to ask Ara. What if you have two or three pairs meeting your entry conditions? Do you divide your risk by the number of pairs say three?
