Having taken a multi-year lay off from brewing from the early 2000's to this year, I have been astonished at how many new hops (and new equipment, etc, etc) has come along for the homebrewer. Having already developed an interest in trying some of these recent arrivals, I was riveted to this episode. It really got the wheels turning for some upcoming batches!

Chip where did you get the bottle cap with the Chop % brew logo on it? I want to have something like that made so that I can use them on my home brew.

Thanks for getting this online, Chip! I've spent a lot of time taste-testing new hop varieties, and I have to say that Nate's presentation is spot-on. I go a bit of a different route in my hop trials. I brew a bunch of 1-gallon batches. To me it's a good way to try out 5-7 different hops in one brewday.
