I made some ham sliders the other day and never thought about sautéing the meat in the pan ahead of time. And I never thought about making that mixture of veggies to go inside! Love this idea for the Italian sliders!

Hello, I plan to try this one of the your four sandwich specials too. 👍 However I would substitute the lettuce, onion, banana peppers and dressing mixture with coleslaw. These are looking so good Catherine!😍 Nothing like a warm sandwich with all the tasty items!😘 I had dental surgery at the beginning of the week and I'm still not eating yet. Just mostly liquids and really soft food that doesn't have to be chewed. @@CatherinesPlates I did a little better today with liquids and soup that filled me up a little more. Sunday is my oldest nephew's birthday and they're having steak and shrimp. I think I'll be able to have some cooked carrots and maybe broccoli cheese soup.😋 Considering what I've actually had this week, it really sounds good about now.😘 I finished off a large container of cherry jello this week so anything thicker than jello seems like a feast. I have replaced the jello with chocolate pudding for a new week. Never thought that I would be converting to a vegetarian diet. But until I can get the meat as tender as veggies, that's what I'll be eating for a while longer.

You do not like mushrooms and I don't like mayonnaise. Instead of mayonnaise on the bottom bun of the slider, I would use the Italian dressing you used in your slaw. Otherwise, I can not wait to make this slider YUM!!! 🌹♥️😊

Yuck mayonnaise never like it. Until at a church dinner some one add a little Mustard to the mayonnaise. It is so much better with the little Mustard add. Make the best tuna and chicken salad sandwichs.😅
