You know, I watch A LOT of different cooking channels on RU-vid, but yours is by far one of the best. This looks delish, can't wait to try it. Thank you for sharing!!!
Catherine, I loved the fork drop after your bite! It was the food version of the mic drop! 😂 This looks so dang delicious - can't wait to try it! Thank you! 🎉❤
This looks delightful Catherine!😍 Hiding the meatballs in the casserole!😋 But it looks like a hearty dinner, full of lots of good stuff!😘 A nice salad and you have a full meal!😚 Thanks for sharing another great recipe!🥰
Ok Catherine, actually 2 things: BZ the name Mozart Mozzarella Casserole comes from it being a “symphony” music 🎶 of flavor. And the 2nd part is you should actually put a small spoonful of the meat mixture into the crescent roll before rolling it up and then bake as you directed. Enjoy
As with ALL of your recipes I can’t wait to try this! Is this in one of your books? I save your recipes to my you tube watch later file! Love you Catherine!
This looks like I will add yet another recipe of yours to our calender. I also just saw your recipe of the pretzel chicken. Oh my gosh!! I made it that night and it was amazing!! Thanks so much for all of your meal ideas!!❤

I just made this and it's ready for the oven later this afternoon. I work from home so I will put it in the oven when I've almost finished work and voila - dinner is done! I have to make things for dinner before I start work or else everyone will have to fend for oneself because I'm too tired to start cooking after work. Ha Ha Ha Ha So this is an easy casserole for me to make and it's all ready to go in the oven. Thank you so much for all of your wonderful recipes!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
My wife Sherry who died in 2015 of Alzheimers won a contest in The Richmond Times Dispatch in 1977 for initiating this recipe. She dreamed of Austria and Mozarts apartment there. She nam e d it after him and the loads of Mozzarella and sharp cheddar used. We made that dream come true in 2003 in our travels. I still use it for Homebound friends and events. Husband Bill
I’ll bet if you have a big family to feed, you can start with a layer of cooked penne or some type of pasta and then sauce, cheese and rolls. Just like a pasta meal with the garlic bread already on it! 😂. Thanks for a great recipe!

This recipe is perfect on its own. But I was wondering if you could use ricotta cheese instead of sour cream? Thank you 🌹 Love your shows with you and your family members at times☺️ Have a great week. 🌹☺️💙
So this is interesting, Mozart was Austrian. Crescent rolls are not actually originally French they are Austrian they called them kipferls. I wonder if there is a Austian connection to the sauce.
