To think being the only one in existence would one still enjoy life with just one's mind as one's pure entertainment and enjoyment. To live life in such a manner as by oneself and all other things being a reflection of one's thoughts is quite the subject matter.

So sometimes I'll engage em just to not be so rude but only to see the disconnect. Ppl will actually complain about you not being social so they can talk to you about nothing lol.

The sea moss might be a good addition to my homemade salt mineral supplements. You should really do research on sea salt as well. It's changed my life.
@@fontanaboyscouts everyone is eating table salt like its no problem but its toxic and barely contains minerals. Sea salt or other natural salts like himalayan actually contain above 80+ minerals . Its important for heart health. Table salt is not good for the heart its the cheapest produced processed salt people should be avoiding. They use it in doritos, energy drinks, junkfoods and way more. Thats one of the reasons why people fear salt while they actually should fear table salt and not sea salt because its very healthy and its an important electrolyte. So maybe the person who wrote that comment was just deficient in natural salt and when they increased their sea salt intake it benefited them alot. Just know salt is an very important electrolyte
@@thegymsoldier6963 Very well said. I might be a spiritual person but I still live in a physical body that requires a variety of substances to function correctly. I do think that the mind is capable of having a placebo effect on the body but that's not always the case. Also nothing really works without God in it. If I didn't believe in God then the minerals might not work as well.
I can relate to your story bro… I used to take long bike rides around my city at night… just bought 1.3k bike few months back gunna get back into it… the guy who inspired me is David goggins… also RU-vid is life changing I don’t think I would be who & where I am today if I wasn’t studying & researching back in the day using RU-vid !!!!
