Hej Gill thanks for the videos with the Choyong LC90 this radio seams so nice and love that you can upgrade the firmware maybe the birdies sounds go away with a new firmware. But very nice Gill that you found the cause on the crackling sound but yes to have the ability to update the firmware is an incredibly good feature to have in a radio. And you do it very easily with Choyong LC90 i love that so yes this radio is a nice one internet radio combined with shortwave wow take care Gill and have a nice fredag.

Would you recommend this radio or are there better choice available?

I’m still on the fence about purchasing this. It is my own humble opinion that a radio costing $250 US should not have the birds twittering around its circuitry.

I'm sorry, to me the AGC sounds at least as bad as on the 990x, if not worse.

I don't think I will buy this. Where are they getting these Internet radio stations? Qualcomm shut down their service when I had a CC WiFi Radio 1. When they did that, I couldn't use that radio

The AGC is terrible.
