I live in Phoenix. I’ve known Chris since he opened his first pizzeria in Town and Country. He led the locavore “movement”. We have all benefitted! Chris’ restaurants are great. And, as a person, Chris is awesome. Thanks for this video.

Everything this man says rings true. I enjoyed listening to his wisdom as much as watching his pizza creations. Such is his positive aura

My ONLY experience of Pizza Bianco. I am a pizza LOVER!!!! I also grew up going to my grandmothers downtown. This area has faced so many changes. My grandmothers home was on 16th Street and at one time was her own restaurant. The airport since owns the land. I went to St. Mary's elementry. Had my Quinceanera at the Mercado. I grew up in downtown........Rewind 12 years ago to my weekly Grandma visit and we decide to drive from Surprise to the old area and visit Bianco. Like usual there is no where to park. However there is 2 open spots that are marked "Owner Parking" I park there in order to unload Grandmother, mind you she had just replaced her knee and couldn't walk. Took my 4year old son out of his car seat and to top it off I was 7months pregnat. I just wanted my G-Ma to put our name on the list so I could park the car else where. Hell NO!!!! This guy comes running out and starts yelling move your car. I try to explain that I am just unloading. He just didn't get it. He just kept on YELLING. I thought to myself??? WOW at a pregnant woman, old lady and child. NO!!!! packed up and left. Couldn't belive how crazy this guy acted. I have never gone back.

I never really understood the allure of P. Bianco. Then came the pizza oven craze and I started making dough. After returning to Pizzaria Bianco again, THEN I understood why... Chris Bianco is a good old soul. ❤

Growing up in New Haven,CT and now living in Scottsdale I missed the pizza vibe and atmosphere until I discovered Chris and Pizza Bianco now I have it all Mille Grazi !!!!
