And you'd understand the comparison to Chris Brown, the first time i saw Chris performing when he was15 i called my brother and told him "i've just seen the new M.J." A talent like talent like this comes around every 20-25 years, enjoy him while he's with us.

I'm a die hard CB fan, but he does need to realize that he's been getting in the way of his own success. His extreme talent is what keeps him more than relevant, but in order for him to go from a star to a superstar, he needs to "permanently" stay out of trouble. And he needs to do collabs with non urban artists like Taylor swift, Selena Gomez, etc. people that will expose him positively to all of mainstream America.(and no explicit language on those collabs either)

I have always supported him, and have given him the benefit of the doubt, and will continue! This interview has elevated my love for this young man! Not personally, because I don't know him that way, but talent, how he is, his views, and the way that he's starting to handle himself is great! Like him or not, which he's already stated, he doesn't care if you don't, he will be known as a great artist! And even if he isn't, he's being true to himself! #Lovehowyouare #Dontchange!

What I got out of this interview is that chris is a human being. We all make mistakes, we all have demons, and nobody is perfect. People are going to judge no matter what you do whether it's negative or positive. Chris has a dark past and people should really let that go. I admire that 'Autumn Leaves" track Chris made with Kendrick man. I haven't heard one song of that stature from Trey Songz or Drake. The last time i heard it from an R&B artist was August's "Benediction". No other tune can compare to Brown's track man. Hands down. It is CLASS and BEAUTIFULLY HONEST. "X" was never a corny album. I am just now seeing this interview - it was a great interview and Chris was so open. I just wanted to make a comment that when he mentioned the PSA from the awards ceremony and he said that he would've liked for the message to also be a light shone in other lanes of our social injustices and domestic violence in other genres, I agree. I am the ex to a professional athlete that suffered many beatings and people in positions covered it up when I finally reached out for help. I wish that in these messages that say 'go get help' there are measures set up to help both parties. However, GREAT INTERVIEW CHRIS!!!
