An underrated pass rusher with the Vikings, Falcons, and 49ers. Doleman started off as an outside linebacker, but started to dominate once the Vikings switched to a 4-3. He favored the bull rush and ran through blockers for a total of 157.5 career sacks. He had 8 seasons with 10 or more sacks with his best season being in 1989 with 21 sacks. Doleman also forced 44 fumbles and was a 2x First Team All Pro, 8x Pro Bowler, and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
