Normally I would agree, however as Mazz has stated numerous times, the League sucks this year. They have several players on their walk year they can trade- they owe it to these players to try and improve the roster. They have half dozen minor league Shortstops - they have plenty of assets to trade- Gasper and Tomase are wrong here.
Yeah, Gasper is also using these examples where they had a chance to be in the hunt and DID NOTHING at the deadline. How is that an argument for, once again, doing nothing at the deadline?
