If you liked Digital Bath, you will enjoy enjoy “Change” (their most popular song), “Knife Prty” or “Passenger”. The White Pony album is a masterpiece.
Never gonna hear me complain about the metalcore and posthardcore on the channel. I love the energy and those are my favourite genres But this band has that "good taste" factor. Deftones is something you should dive into
I have to say it’s quite a thrill for me to see someone be blown away by Chino’s vocals for the first time. It’s been giving me chills since the 90s :)
Deftones are one of my favorite bands, sooo many great songs. Rosemary, Sextape, Prince, Passenger, Poltergeist, What Happened To You, Hearts/Wires, Minerva.. Could go on. Highly recommend.

First couple albums were a lot heavier but just as amazing. Check out Entombed, Sextape, Phantom Bride, Minerva, or Passenger for the chill vibe. Also great reaction. Its dope to see people hear them for the first time and dig it as much as you do.
Think about how your reaction is compared to what we experienced in the year 2000. They were lumped into the nu-metal genre, but then they released White Pony that year and really showed the world that they ere something different.
They have some heavier stuff on this album and their first two (Adrenaline and Around the Fur). From this album i recommend Back to School, Passenger (ft Maynard from Tool/A Perfect Circle two bands I highly suggest you check out in the future), and Change (In the House of Flies). Some early and heavy Deftones I recommend are Bored, Root, 7 Words, Engine No. 9
Yeah, that's Chino. So, he's actually talking about putting a girl into a bathtub and electricuting her, then drying her off and dressing her up after. However, I have had several "episodes" with my woman to this song...one resulting in my son🤙 great song!
The first song my ex girlfriend made me listen to from deftones. Jeeeez that was an amazing 2 years. Even though she’s an ex, this band still moves me.
Chino is amazing. Check out Crosses or Team Sleep. Do more Deftones first though.... Also, this song is about killing someone by throwing a toaster into a bathtub.
