If you look at his old interviews and his recent interviews, he's a very genuine man. Doesn't brag about what he's got or done. Very wonderful to see in an actor ❤️

He's an asshole in real life even to fans. It's fine to not sign autographs but over the line to insult someone when they ask. He made a young girl fan cry by doing that!

He is humble, funny&great.There are plenty videos how nice he is too his fans, so no idea what u talking abt. Nowadays ppl label others coz of one bad day or shit like that. so u are never angry?1 incident on set, when acting is very stressful job, you shooting scenes day&night, you work with your emotions 24/7 and this happens to all actors all the time. In the past too, but there was no social media back then. And 1 event doesn't define us. Great actor, great guy.

People are all like, “omg Christian Bale is such an ass yelling at those people!!” And I’m like, “ok first of all, when he explained it, he said that the whole cast had barely had any sleep for like 48 hours, and he takes his acting very seriously. He had perfected the scene, and was tired, and wanted to get the hell out of there. But the lighting was wrong, and the scene was ruined, and he had a meltdown. That may have been surprising for him to do, but you really can’t blame him. I honestly didn’t think he was being that rude, considering the fact that he was exhausted and pissed off. I’ve done stuff like that before when I was tired. I’ve screamed, but it’s understandable. People need to get off his back for fuck’s sake.
Jennifer yes amen to that !! I follow him for years, I'm super fan and he is so great ! Nice, smart, family man, fascinating, complex, talented. I read/ watch so many interviews with him, and for me the best ones are interviews in newspapers , you can tell Bale feels more comfortable that way.
Everyone has lost their temper in frustration like that before when they were exhausted and pushed to the limit and then someone keeps repeatedly doing something which you asked them not to do.

How does Christian seem 10+ years wiser than his age? I'm nearly Christian's age when he filmed American Psycho, and tbh I don't feel as mature or manly as him when he was 17. Call it self-pity, but I'm just throwing that out there.
He has great movies from that era, I recommend you the Island of Treasure, from 1990, with Charlton Heston and Oliver Reed. That's a beautiful version of Robert Louis stevenson directed by Fraser Heston, Charlton Heston's son.
Some people don't age well, some people get better as they get older, Christian has definitely got better the older he gets. I think he's gorgeous in Equalibrian, Batman😍 etc & just gets better & better both in looks & talent. You can tell he has the talent watching this video. Just a little too young for my taste though looks wise 😁😁
I think he was gorgeous in Equilibrium too. Batman Begins / TDK trilogy too. He was also really gorgeous in Reign of Fire, Laurel Canyon etc. He had a long stretch of years where he was just impossibly handsome. Now I think he's just "normal to very" handsome depending on what he's doing with the facial hair at any given time - not a bad place to be considering he's getting older like the rest of us. All the weight gain and loss hurt him I think and he has some real health concerns now. But his talent has and never will wane. I love that he and his wife have been together all this time. Robert Downey Jr is another one that got even more handsome as he aged.
