It says Allah DID NOT beget (a son). So Allah DENIES the claim of God births sons like in certain religions. It Doesn't read Allah CAN'T have a son as he read it and tried to imply incapabilty or limit Allah's ability to have one. While whatever Allah wills, he says BE and it will BE. And whatever Allah is Above having or being is Allah's nature, which is Allah is UNLIKE his creations. The Quran explains why Allah is above having a son or a wife like his creations. The way he reasoned his statement of Allah is uncabaple of having a son, is him admitting Jesus is a biological son of God.
