@@enockt6218 My friend, you showed no trinity at all, and Jesus never said God is one in three persons. On the contrary, he said the ONLY true God is the Father John 17.3. The father is not three persons. I and the father are one, which you quoted, proves no trinity because those are Just 2 persons, not three. And if Jesus and the Father being one proves he is God, you will then have to worship the disciples too, because Jesus in John 17.21, says : JUST AS I and the Father are one, the disciples are also one with me and the father. So how many Gods do you have then ? My friend, you know its bad to admit you worship 3 gods, thats why you say you worship one God. The trinity means that the Father is 100% God, the son is 100% God, and the holy spirit is 100% God. They are DISTINCT from each other. How is that one God ? Those are three gods. You will say they are one because they share the same divine essence. Still they are 3 distinct persons. Similarly, humans share the same human essence, but are all human beings one single entity ?!!!!

my favourite part of the video was how Hashim interpreted John 1:1 (27:09) to say that God is the trinity and not just exlusively the Father bcs myself i never figured out how to interpret that part but now i can say that why is 'God' referring to only the Father and why is it not the holy spirit or i thought God was the entire trinity or yeah its jus confusing. i will definitely be using this in my future debates (and i also loved 25:30 because supposedly if god the son has a son does that make him god the grandson? 😂)

I was brought up as a Catholic, but I reject religion, I appreciate the teaching of the principles of the 3 monotheistic religions as well as the others. They have more in common than not. I believe the limitations of language and human interpretation of spiritual concepts passed down through centuries have created division. The temple has to be built inside, and sometimes, that revelation comes through after going down the wrong way. When it comes to Jesus, I believe he was a very wise man, and if for the sake of understanding we call him prophet, I'm fine with that. I also believe that if he could talk to us now, he would tell us that we didn't understand anything he tried to bring to the table. I agree with Islam that he was a prophet and not God, but his greatest teaching was that he was the sun of God in the sense that a human (don't forget that he spoke in parables) share the divine spark of the divine and therefore all humans are part of God in essence, not in body. Religion has been used as a means of control. Jesus' teaching is very simple: do not kill, Christians have been killing in the name of God; love thy neighbour, Christians have created hierarchy of people and thought hate.... we can go on forever. If we don't recognise that spark of the divine in everyone and everything religion cannot help. Love and peace to all.

Their silly argument about "is the word of God created or uncreated?" is easy to destroy. You just point to Deuteronomy 18:18 which clearly states God allegedly saying "I will put my words in his mouth" (talking about a prophet to come). That doesn't mean that God is in the mouth of the prophet, wal iyadhu billah. It's simple to understand, but they are the ones who want to twist the meaning in order for it to fit with their own distorted literal understanding of the word of God being a person, which by the way to us muslims is just a beautiful metaphor representing the fact that God said "be" and Jesus (pbuh) was, without a biological father.

all christian have is the "I am" verse and they skip the next verse where this "I am" is afraid of rocks.

If trinity have the same will in the way that they always think the same will the same do the same then they're 1 person not 3. But if this same will is when the father say I going to send a flood then the son and the holy ghost say we agree and do like the father want, then it means they're codependent hence they're not independent hence they're not god.
