The Fastest Man In Canada: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RdyYh6QA5UM.html P.S. If you saw my last video about Force-Velocity Profiles, don't worry, the second part of that video is coming out this week ;). Also huge shoutout to @hurdleaddict who notified me about the race in time for me to get tickets.
Actually I am so excited to watch the us indoor trials , sadly Trayvon Bromell already announced that he will focus on the outdoor season after doing a 200m indoor
Noah Lyles had the highest top speed in this race. 30m flying times: 1. Christian Coleman 2.64s 2. Trayvon Bromell 2.62s 3. Ronnie Baker 2.64s 4. Noah Lyles 2.60s
If he starts getting out of blocks more efficiently he’s going to be unstoppable over 100m. Even this past 60 m race showed us that he’s able to stay in the conversation over the short distances. First 60 m of the indoor season as well.
yeah but he lost the 60m. if it was a longer distance lyles would win assuming every didnt know it was a longer event. but i would give the yes to lyles winning because nobody was running for longer event. different race model between all events. accelerate earlier in the 60m than the 100m.
Bro I am a track athlete, & trust me, what u said in the last of the video about ATHLETICS really touched my heart, thank u bro for ur support &❤️ for Athletics, (just hoping more peoples like u start thinking about ATHLETICS)
As noted he ran a 300m in the previous week and is probably working on an endurance base this early in the season, so the fact he could come out and beat a world class field in his first 60m shows he hasn't missed a beat.
If Coleman learns how to relax in the latter part of his race like Noah Lyles does we may see him dip into 9.6 outdoors this year. Its early in the season which makes his time even more impressive. he ran 6.49 probably with little training. Because Christian Coleman had ample opportunity to rest I think he will come back with a vendetta this year.
i got COLEMAN and BROMELL as the most dominate over the 60m-100m with them two going back in forth with wins. bromell is consistently strong in both aspects of the race. coleman was strong in both aspects of race during the season he ran 9.76.
Hey Im senior hight school athlete and I wanna go really further on it ,I spend a lot of time by practicing in gym and plyo too ,but I’m the type of athlete skinny but with muscle , and when the indoor track had started, I have been top 10 or top 4 in those different events that I do, all others jumper had big muscle and shoulders, so they project more power instead of me even I work hard , I would like to ask you if you can make a video about gain mass or muscle for an athlete, because when I see your first body compare to now you have really build a lot of muscle .
The Indoor and outdoor seasons are set to be absolutely fantastic. I think Coleman will continue to dominate the indoors. But when he finally faces Su Bingtian, we might see an upset, especially because Coleman is rusty.
