The Sprint Project is about building the #1 Resource in the world for Sprinting.
A resource that everyone can use to become faster, improve their health, and or build an amazing body.
This channel was created due to a lack of information available when I got started with sprinting. There were very few websites, books, and videos that made this fun and easy to learn.
I don't claim to know everything but rather share what I'm learning as I testing, and implement new things.
Asians keep their head down through drive phase due to their physiology, most asian physiques possess a long torso and short legs which is optimal for weightlifting(hence their dominance in it) so keeping your head lower allows them to drive behind easier so they can keep up with more long limbed competitors
@TheSprintProject_ considering becoming a member for my 15 yr old daughter. However I need to ask something before but cant find any contact details on the website!
just kidding xD, i started doing this exercise shown in the video not long ago, but i do it isometricly, i try to hold a certain weight with a single leg for the most time possible
This isn’t good vertical. This is being good at bending your knees. I’m not saying this is easy because I can definitely not do this but it’s not all vertical.
I'm 14 and I used to run 13.28 in 8th grade, approaching 9th grade and I run 11.33 as my PR currently after fixing my block start and training a lot more often.
I have a question,I need answer. Skinny ankle = small Achilles Moment Arm = More force production = fast speed So, if I have a big medium Tendon moment arm, Can I make them smaller by training or I am cooked? I used to be obese now im bout 18% bodyfat. Just started training sprint seriously like 6 months ago
Excellent demo of 400m guys who are actually speed limited, and improving their 40 yard and 100m improved their 400m. I have the same belief system on this.
It seams that the posteiror chain achilles and hamstrings are really really important for running/sprinting speed. I ones had a great phase with PB for a short period. Then i lost the speed for some reason. I thought a lot what did i do. I remember i was very fresh because i don't do any lifting but mostly core work, quick multi jumps and sprints with low volume.
