I appreciate the video. It's rare to see someone thinks an embryo is a child and to kill an embryo is to kill a child and to kill a child is what the Bible calls ' murder ' . Let's call things for what they are folks. There are 2 things I am not to clear on. I watched a video recently from Allie beth and she interviewed Jennifer who heads up ivf ethics in San Francisco. At a brief moment in that interview the not so pro life Jennifer admitted that in your std ivf procedure a TON of embryos are thrown out in the selection process ( for fear they are defective or will not be good enough). I would love to get a figure on that. And so traditional IVF seems so much like playing God and so many embryos get frozen for eternity that it just sounds like murder. And it's great to see someone on the internet with the sperm production units large enough to call it for what it is: an abortion. One way to look at this thing of baby making is the ratio of dead babies to living one's. For example , does one baby miscarry for every 2 that make it? 1:1? OK, then how about that 'take' ratio in ivf case 1? And finally and most importantly what is the 'take' ratio for man made ivf version 2, outlined at the end of this video. For example, if playing God is 1:3 death: survival for the baby and natural is 1:2, then playing God and doing ivf in case 2 scenario is safer and better than doing things God's preferred way, the natural way and perhaps playing God is superior in God's eye than natural means, thus making case 2 ivf superior and less murderous, or should I say less involuntarily manslaughterous than natural baby making. If however, nature is 1:4 and version 2 ivf is 1:2 then that would make ivf version 2 twice as deadly as regular baby making, the same level of smoking crack while pregnant and not in line with valuing life. Version 2 ivf , is freezing egg only, then fertilize only the egg you want to implant.( I'm simply stating it for review , in case you are not following what i meant by version 2 ivf) If my thoughts are too offensive, or if taking a logical approach is too offensive, then it's more important ultimately that you let your feelings and urges drive you and not the Truth. ( I am speaking sarcastically). But it seems like all that matters is people's urges to have a child and not the truth. You have to ask yourself when life begins. Especially if you are a Christian. You just have to. I am sorry if I lack grace or if the truth lacks grace, but if you truly are someone who loves truth and claims to be a Christ follower, then you can't just lie to yourself regarding ivf just because you want a child so bad. Sarah and Abraham wanted a child so bad. Let us cry with them and encourage them to bend the rules. Now we have 911, Afghanistan and violence all over the world from the nation of 1.8 billion that came from circumventing gen 3:16 which says there is a curse on conceiving and bringing life in to the world, so that even the new testament says that the process of struggling through bringing life into the world will SAVE the mom, perhaps referring to sanctification. But lo, behold, the lord has created ivf in order to circumvent the curse which He himself pronounced. Now we have an easy shortcut. Do not be deceived. It is my opinion that God will not be mocked by Ivf. In conclusion, I'm quite skeptical on ivf version 2, some questions still linger. It seems as though if you want a baby, it is heroic and admirable to scoop up those which that have been in the freezer so long that they are in danger of the trash can. ( I am speaking seriously, I see a case for this because frozen life appears to be life to me). And I know you need a child so bad, but don't go outside the will of God like Abraham in order to bring it about. Believe God. Trust Him. Endure. Consider various types of adoption.

Natural baby conception involves dead embryos, miscarriages at day 1, 2, 3 or more and many times no one even knows there was a baby. I find ivf to be no more deadly than natural pregnancy, such as 1 baby from 4 embryos. Thoughts?

I would like to address those with severe genetic mutations. Surely there is something to say about God’s mercy for those that go through pain and suffering. For example doing IVF to prevent terminal illness for a child.

I was also wondering... is Oocyte Vitrification an extra cost? My clinic didn't include it in their information packet/videos. I'll have to ask them if they even offer it.

Thank you so much for this video. I don’t know what happened on your journey but have you ever been tested for MTHFR? It’s a genetic mutation that causes miscarriages. Easily remedied by taking a baby aspirin prior to and during pregnancy. Not many know about this. But there is always a chance that it could be the cause. Blessings to you !

We are in the early stages now. I am very interested to hear your views! Is the fertilized egg a life? If so and we end up with 6 fertilized eggs then what we do with those eggs is critical

Great video! We are leaning strongly towards IVF but went down the rabbit hole of the 'leftover' embryos. We debated donating to other couples but doubt they will give us the guarantees we want. We honestly didn't really think about asking to fertilize only 1-2 at a time. So now we have a long list of questions for our local fertility clinic and if they can't accommodate (I am sure they will FOR A PRICE) then we found back up locations. We watched a ton of videos and it seemed like no one else addressed the elephant in the room that you guys did.

Option 1. Embryo adoption. Not likely, there are already 1 million in the freezer. Adoption for a unwanted baby.. but this is a wanted baby. Would be horrible for the child knowing what u did. Better they went straight to heavan, the same as a miscarriage.
