Christian McCaffrey Is Breaking Stereotypes & Shutting Up The HATE.. 

And they say white people don't get racially stereotyping. He's also breaking that False statement. White people get racially stereotyped just as much as black people do. Just because you don't always hear about it or always see it doesn't mean it's not true.

His vision running the ball is off the charts and he can literally be a WR if he wanted. Crazy versatility. Him and Deebo on the same team is a cheat code.

He should have won the Heisman while at Stanford. He has an awesome work ethic.

81 year old Niner fan here...I have always been a fan (born & raised in S.F.)..I was at a football game when his trade to the Niners was announced..I knew the Niners struck "GOLD" ---with that trade..I would like to see the results of the draft picks that the Niners let go for him...Whatever those were---IT WAS WORTH IT.... I am a Cal Bears fan, and CMC was playing for Stanford --a bitter rival..I always liked and respected his play...So---welcome to the Niners...Lets win and set some records!!!!

Guy is truly blessed. It was great for him to get to the Niners. He fits right in with that offense, plus, the other teams just can't focus on him and him alone on coverage, shutting him down, or taking him out. The Niners having so many weapons is what will extend his career, give him the best odds of staying healthy barring freak injuries, and actually make him even more dangerous. Once again, dude's blessed. Will be on the list of the greatest RBs ever to play the game, already.

The 49ers got so much better when they got him. I was happy for him because he played so well with the Panthers but that team was going no where. Love that he gets a good chance of getting to a Super Bowl with this team. Good luck Christian

Being a Niner Faithful since I was 8 years-old (73, now), I would compare him to Roger Craig, the original 1000+1000 Man. In '85, when he accomplished that, he also had 92 receptions and scored 6 TDs. He helped the Niners win 3 SBs, gained 8199 rushing and 4911 receiving, scored 56 TDs rushing and 17 receiving, was part of teams that went 117-47, went to the Pro Bowl 4X and made All-Pro 2X...and yet, not in the NFL HOF!

The best thing that ever happened to this incredible young man was getting traded to the 49ers where he has a chance to win the super bowl. The panthers are so bad that I cannot stand watching them play today but love the 49ers because of Brock and Christian. He has been amazing.

In high school I played on a mixed team. Think Remember The Titans. My 40 times were equal to anybody on the team. Yet, I was made to play safety, slot and blocking back as a sophomore. Finally, I asked the DC to allow me to play cb/wr/tb/kr on the scout teams. After locking all our wr down, making people miss as a kr, consistently getting to the edge as a tb and getting separation as a wr gainst the 1s I was still back up except for slot, safety and kr. Lead the team in picks, tds, total yards, tackles and had 0 penalties for 2 seasons. It was tough to take knowing I could play those positions better than the 1s playing them. Yet, there was a perception about me being white that I couldn't shake to start at skill positions. At 5'10, 175 I was undersized. Totally relate to CMC. Except my dad was an auto mechanic not an NFL player. lol

His move to the Niners was the greatest thing that could have happened to his career. He's going to enter the HOF because of it.

His maternal grandfather was a silver medalist in the 100 meter in the Olympics. In the 1960s I believe. Speed is in his genes

For you young ones, John Riggins 71-85. 5 seasons w/NYJ & 9 with Wash. He was a dog gettin the hard yards. 6-2, 230-pound Riggins was a workhorse ball carrier specializing in the tough yardage in the big games. 2,916 carry's/11,352 yards. 104 TD's, 250 passes for 2,090 yards and 12 touchdowns. 92 HOF

He reminds me of Marshall Faulk more than anyone. Barry is 1 of 1. LT was not as versatile as cmc. So him and Marshall are most similar I think

Yeah, this is crazy talk. I was a top level RB from 7th to grade until I graduated high school, (AAAAA) the highest rating for schools in the 80's, in my state). I was often in the backfield with some completely dominant, game changing White RB's.

Christian reminds me of Walter Peyton. This dude puts the work in and you can see it in his performance and longevity. He just needed a team like SF to break loose. He is solid now with SF and is a humble and patient man that shines in the NFL. Awesome all purpose back!

Today on Christmas day I picked up a 1/1 Christian McCaffrey card off eBay. I truly believe they will win this year, and even if they don't, if he stays with the 49ers that team is crazy good together and he is definately a staple to it. I honestly vote this guy MVP, reminds me of Gore, back in the day. One of my favorite players in 49er history. Go Christian McCaffrey! Amazing plays.

I dont look at McCaffery as white or black. Sports was one of the few places we didnt even look at race. We were a team. A family. I just admired how McCaffery ran in college foward. I love how he can "cross people up" when he switches the ball into the opposite arm while at the same time cut the other way.

He looks relaxed, flexible, and loose. Adjusts great running, breaking tackles, moving through tacklers, yardage after catches. Glad the 49ers got him. Go Niners!

I'm a die hard Niner fan and also a die hard Hawkeye fan (Dad went to Iowa U). We went to the Iowa vs Stanfordd Rose Bowl, 4th row on the 40 yard line. Christian broke our hearts on the first play of the game, 75 yard play action that split our secondary right down the middle. I'll never forget the sounds of his cleats hitting the turf and him huffin and puffin, I remember screaming "GET HIM! GET HIM!... they're not gonna get him" right as he passed by us. George Kittle was also a Hawk at that game, I can not describe the wave of emotions I felt when he got traded to the niners, I can't lie I was still mad aalty over the Rose Bowl. It only took one game in red and gold to completely clean the slate on my attitude towards CMC, Dude is a once in a generation freak of nature on the gridiron. 1st ballot HoF without a shadow of a doubt. This niner team is magical, I have never felt as much excitement and faith in my niners to get that Superbowl dub.

A better comparison is Roger Craig Both not huge Running Backs but run with violent intent and keep churning after contact Also both are/were ELITE pass catchers out of the backfield No surprise that they're both 1,000/1,000 running backs Marshall Faulk is also a 1,000/1,000 running back but his running style was way more elusive and less predicated on running through contact

I came here to type one thing- and while you didn't use it as a comparison in running styles, I say there is some. Not a ton, but CMC has some sweetness in him. Watch him run- watch for his sweeping-stutter-step deke- it's so beautiful when I see him do it, which he just did recently. See if you can find it. I'm guessing you might make another video.. or not- but you'll love it, I believe. Great video. Growing up a 49er's Broncos fan, sure got to see a lot in my 63 years.

Christian is an was what is commonly known as a “Weapon” in football, he will go down in history as the most underrated running back in league history, yet his stats and records will put him in the same category as Walter Payton, Jim Brown, Barry Sanders. The only issue of race in this equation is he was always considered to be too slow when actually because of both his parents made him train and work to maximize his skill set, he ran track to improve his speed and he dedicated himself to improving his overall speed and cuts! Therefore he is the ultimate weapon in modern football a player at the running back position that can play many other positions. A WEAPON!

CMC looks so undersized as a RB, but runs like a 225 pounds fullback. He proved me Wong when we first got him to the Niners

CMC not getting the Heisman was big time nonsense. But, every cloud has a silver lining. I’ve never heard him complain about the Heisman snub……. But it is clearly the chip on his shoulder that he carries down the field every time he runs with the ball. I followed his career at Stanford, I am so happy to see him as part of this fantastic 49er team.

Getting traded to the 49ers was the best thing that could ever have happened to Christian M. Very few, if any, players can succeed with the Panthers. The only negative for Christian is that his position doesn't have much staying power.

He got robbed of the Heisman in college. Most White running backs are in the mold of the Hall of Fame RB John Riggins, that is a big super powerful back with just straight line speed that will hit those holes or just purposefully run over people like Riggins did. People are not used to White running Backs with moves, lateral speed etc. He reminds me most of Marshall Faulk or a poor mans Walter Payton.

Excellent video! Backs who can catch the ball such as Chuck Foreman, Roger Craig and Christian have always made the most sense to me!

CMC is extremely well suited in Shanahan's offense because of his versatility. Roger Craig was versatile in Bill Walsh's offense back when with the same result: Defenses just don't know how to cover you. And... AND.. they utilize Deebo's versatility in much the same way. They're rewriting the formula on winning. I'm not even going to get into Purdy, it's laughable what he's doing. A man who is told he won't amount to anything is dangerous, and the 49ers are loaded with them.

I have a friend who is a shooting coach in Kansas City. He has made it clear that his white kids are not getting scholarships because of their skin color. He has been told this by many D1 coaches who are black. They see the talent the kids have but they tell the coach they just can't offer a scholarship because he is white. It's just the world we live in. It is statistically impossible that there is not a white corner back in the NFL. Not possible. But yet it's the world we live in.
