God I am glad I am not the only one who sees that. He is terrible at motivating the most talented team we have ever had. I feel he has some dirty secret on the higher ups or something. It just doesnt make sense why there is so much confidence in someone who has had such dismal showings. We whould be destroying competition in our part of the world and yet we remain suspect.

Alexi claiming Gio was invisible is exactly why watching it in a studio is dumb, because watching at home gios fingerprints where all over that first half, drawing 2 yellow cards is a sign that you were giving the other team problems with the ball at your feet

The best thing about this generation is still that they arent a finished product, Pulisic is gonna be 27 at the world cup, Gio 23, Mckennie 27, Tyler adams 27, Weah 26, balogun 24, These players are going to be at their physical peaks for the next 2 world cup cycles and I'm excited to watch it, we have to get something out of this generation , whether its a big world cup run or winning the copa

Bolivia did not play good, given that it's the COPA America Tournament. But, it's too early to judge the true level of the USMNT. All they have to do, is qualify on top of their group, and make two good games plus one strong game. They type of goals they scored are worthy to analyze for the USMNT. I agree that Pepi's misses were bad. You should play the first game in group stage relaxed, as long as you win the level of play doesn't matter. But for an unknown forward to miss opportunities like Pepi got is a very negative thing. If you don't score against that Bolivia Team, you will NOT score against tougher opponents. It's safe to say, none of the next USMNT opponents will be this bad. I don't know if Pepi will get another opportunity but most definitely did not help his team yesterday, nor did he help himself One remark: The USMNT should continue winning the way they did against Bolivia, but STOP celebrating during the 90 minutes as though the game end after you scrore. Let Fans celebrate, and focus on the next ball, defensively or when you attack - What will you do? You have to focus during the entire 90 minutes MORE, and celebrate less. After the end of the game you can then celebrate with the FANs as much as can be.

Agree "...2752": Alexi hating on Gio again as he continues to get his retribution for GGG based on his parents conduct, yet never ever holding GGG accountable for his role in this originally. So disappointing as both (GGG and Gio) have clearly moved pass this--but not him! And he will continue to find flaws in Gio's performance as this is important to him moving forward.

Watch the Uruguay Panama match, and take notes. Both are much stronger than Bolivia, but the USMNT can beat one and tie the other, IF YOU PLAY GOOD GAMES. It won't be easy.

Same for Darwin Nunez, but at least he scored a goal. The U.S. is playing Panama next, and this game will be unpredictable. Both teams have won against each other. In their last matchup, Panama eliminated the U.S. in the last Gold Cup semifinal.
