Nobody can "swap sexes" at a young age, as gender affirming surgery is not possible for people under the age of 18. And guess what: despite what the bigots you listen to have told you, nobody wants to change that. At the most they get HRT, which is reversible. And teaching kids that trans people exist and that gender is on a spectrum is nothing bad, and neither is letting them find out what they want to identify as by themselves.
My town recently had a NYE drag show. There were a bunch of ppl on Facebook threatening violence until Mrs. Garcia posted a picture of her (and 3 others) outside the venue strapped to the _teeth,_ simply captioned “try it.” Yeah, no one interrupted the event. It’s sad that we’ve come to this point, but I felt a lot safer knowing _at least_ 4 people were locked n’ loaded.

He spread love instead of hate, he ate dinner with the sinful, talked to them, got to know them, became their friend. Maybe he criticized some of their life choices but in the end God and Jesus understood that it’s THEIR choice and whether or not you believe in him or not, god will always love you and will accept you and your choices. Not a Christian. Never have been, most likely never will be. I see a lot of videos like this, and it really makes me apprehensive around openly Christian people, cause then I'm just waiting for them to say something about my identity. But seeing comments like this thread helps. It really sucks that people like this give your religion a bad name to those who don't believe in it. And as a Martian who has successfully fucked every mother (you might wanna get a DNA test by the way), I appreciate the assurance that god still loves me.

i really love Ryan’s content. I feel like they’re constructive with their criticism, debunking a lot of the statements of the other person that they make a video on. on top of all of that, they’re funny too!
Ryan, I will say, it may feel like you’re preaching to the choir, but your videos were a huge part of my journey from a moderate raised in a far right home to a leftist. You have an amazing knack for taking hot button issues and stating them in a common sense, funny way that really makes you consider the options. That being said, whatever you do I’m sure you’ll be great at it!
Grew up in a classic christian conservative household, while my parents never forced their beliefs on me, in my early teens i always just believed it, the people i surrounded myself with (parents friends and children of theirs) people who believed the same way.. When i was 15 i did alot of research and realized i didnt agree with any of the trump bs/ conservative veiws. My parents while being quite conservative NEVER made it an issue, i always was allowed to express myself, it even caused a huge falling out with my moms best friend and her daughter (my bestfriend at the time) My mom didnt shame me for my veiws, she shamed the other woman who bullied at 15 year old for figuring out her sexuality/being a feminist and not hiding it. I hope these kids will find what THEY believe, most likely their parents wont support them if they dont agree with it, its so sad.

Everyone who's not psychotic in the USA agrees that a mother can't toss her 6 month old off a cliff because of "autonomy and free thinking." Almost everyone in the US agrees that wearing a condom or pulling out to prevent fertalizing an egg is fine and moral. The Line of what's OK lies somewhere between those two points: the Baby we all see as a person and the Gamete cell almost none of us do. I prefer to err on the side of caution. Where I'm not sure if it's a person or not, I think we should treat it as a person just to be safe. Personally, I believe that trans minors should be allowed to get HRT (hormone replacement therapy) because it's not permanent. If you don't comfortable with the HRT anymore, you can stop. (Of course, I mean between 15 and 18. Younger than that is usually a time of extreme hormone change. You would have to wait for the hormones to become more stable)
While on the subject of intersex people and child genital mutilation, people should really REALLY know about the amount of visibly intersex babies who are put through completely unnecessary surgeries very soon after birth. It is disgusting how certain doctors straight up lie to parents and insist it is necessary when in many cases it leaves the child unable to function properly later in life down there, just for the sake of appearances and trying to maintain the idea of binary sex. It makes me so angry the amount of babies and children hurt. Its when thinking about my visible from birth intersex siblings I'm sort-of glad my intersex condition only became visible at puberty because it is so scary to think about.

As a Christian you shouldn’t wish death upon anyone. The Bible literally even says to love your enemies. We are not put on this earth to judge people for sinning as we all make mistakes. So sad to see what happens when people use religion or faith as a weapon to justify their own beliefs, not what it is made for. Not at all. As for the use of children it’s already weird to make content online using children as they cannot conceptualize what they are doing and the impact it has. Clearly they haven’t read the Bible or completed misinterpreted it. But I believe they are using it as a weapon fully knowing it’s wrong.
hey ryan, just so you know, they dont do bottom surgery on trans children like....ever. partially because, though I am not a doctor, I would imagine you need the trans child to reach an adult body size in order to successfully complete said surgery. I feel as though raising that as a comparison at all falls into the very transphobic trap that conservatives are trying to set. I think, if a teen (bc again, those who go for surgery at all before 18 are usually transmascs around 16-17 with intense chest dysphoria that makes it impossible for them to go about their lives) and their doctor agree that surgery of *any* kind is in their best interest, that should be between them. To say "no trans child should get x surgery" is to fall into the discourse that tells us the government should be interfering with the medical decisions trans children make with their doctors and families. Yep exactly. There literally isn’t enough tissue to do a successful sex reassignment/gender conformation surgery on someone who hasn’t finished puberty and isnt an adult. The youngest trans person in human history to have SRS was 16, and that was many years ago in Germany.
