My suggestion is you actually need to do a whole lot more studying to be approved big guy. You just tagged on to all the Other folks , that doesn't understand....you can have all the knowledge, and the wisdom ..... But you're supposed to go all out to get understanding.... I'm just saying...... If we can find historical, and archeological proof ....of the Essenes (the teachers of The Way) and with The Dead Sea Scrolls. And , John the immerser, lived with them , Jesus went and seen them , and Paul was taught by them in the desert for 3 years or so..... And was called a ringleader of The sect Of the Nazarenes.... That would be a sect of Judaism.... Not Christianity..... The Messiah, nor any of His apostles were Christians..... They Were devout Hebrews , that Believed Yeshua was The Prophecied sent Messiah from Yahavah! Not Christians!

@AusterityTea

@@SoulWinnerforJesus Well that is quiet an assumption about someone you don't know. The "word" in hebrew is the law/Torah (or technically "reshit" the very thing in which God made the world: in Hebrew Gen 1:1 is "God created 'with Reshit' the world" in Judaism, the Reshit is the Torah) became flesh. Yeshua was a Zadik, a very rare holy man chosen by God to be the Messiah. He still just a man, but a sinless man. Which is very consistent biblically and in Judaism. Also when God said "let us make man", in Judaism it is understood that He is talking to the Reshit and or the earth. Not a Trinity.

James 2:21-26 King James Version 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Matthew 19:16-17 King James Version 16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

I'm happy for you! I've been a Christian of nine years and while I do NOT consider myself spiritually mature by any means (long story), I am aware of the Hebrew Roots false teachings and how destructive it can be. Stand strong in Christ; only His blood can save human beings from sin. No amount of law-keeping can justify us, because nobody can practice it perfectly. This does not mean we are to have to rules whatsoever, it just means that the Mosaic Law was for a specific purpose, and now we are to walk in the Law of Christ instead.

Thank you for addressing it especially from the viewpoint of someone who practiced this. I’ve been interested in understanding what this movement was.
@zouksesanet
@zouksesanet 6 месяцев назад
In order to understand this movement, you have to first realize that it's of God. It is the beginning of what is referred in Acts 3:21 as the time of restoration of all things. King James Version 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. Yeshua said John 10:16 King James Version 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. You can't have one fold and one shepherd if part of the fold, the gentile part keeps Sunday, Christmas and Easter and eats detestable things, and the Jewish fold keeps the Law, keeps the Sabbath, eats Kosher and the feasts of the Lord. That's two folds anyway you look at it. Part of the reason that Yeshua died was to bring those 2 groups into one. The gentile part, who is largely made up of the scattered house of Northern Israel, or Ephraim, and the Jewish part, made mostly of the Southern kingdom of Judah. The only way for these "lost sheep of the house of Israel " to return (i.e. the prodigal sun who was in the pig pen), was for the husband to die. According to the Law, a divorced wife cannot marry again until her husband dies. And God divorced the Northern Tribes and said to her You are not my people (Hosea). What you're seeing is God-ordained. The Holy Spirit is moving in the hearts of people all over the world and calling them to return to the Torah as it was foretold by the Prophets. It is perfect? No. Do they make a bunch of mistakes? Absolutely! After 2700 years of exiles, that is to be expected. But one day, the reunification of these 2 brothers (Ephraim and Judah) will be complete, and the Davidic Kingdom will be re-established.

Some people choose to ignore that truth because they love sin, and the love of God is not in them. Keep up the fight Matthew, God is with you and loves you. To make the false claim that you’re keeping the Feasts, all the while rejecting the actual requirements within it, then you’re not actually observing it. There’s no cherry-picking here. It shouldn't be called a "Christian Response" but a "Roman Catholic Response" since there would be no difference in either parties arguments. Second, the name Yeshua is not a modern invention of the 18 century, that's just plain stupid! The high priest in the Hebrew bible was called 'Yeshua'. Can this younger generation even critically think anymore? This is what happens when you receive a false Jesus and his unholy ghost, you become foolish. Last, anyone with just a basic understanding of Hebrew would know that in Genesis 9:3, that every moving thing is a Roman Catholic bias, since the word in Hebrew is remes and is in reference to creatures that creep on the ground. I would say more but I would hurt this young man's delicate feelings. This video is rubbish, and Matt needs to repent while he still has breath in his lungs, since he's in Babylonian confusion.

Very Informative video. The Hebrew Roots movement are as divided as any movement. Some reject Paul, some Reject Jesus being God, some reject the Trinity. The only thing that Unite them is their contempt for Christianity. The movement as a whole is build on a faulty foundation.

I am believing what you may call the Hebrew Roots. And I see you using a lot of arguments that I hear common day Christians use about some issues. I am sorry to hear you feel that the movement was a cult. About the name is to be used, that does not really matter. I think the bible clearly states "I you love me, you keep my commandments". For example with your argument about meat in Timothy, you leave out verse 15. 'For it is sanctified by the word of God'. If we can eat all things, nothing has to be sanctified. But God makes a difference between clean and unclean. In the ark there were only 1 pair of the unclean animals. If your statement is true and Noah could eat pork, then we would have no pigs, because they would be extinct. Noah understood the unclean animals were not to be seen as food. And to celebrate Passover we need a lamb to be slaughtered without blemish. Is Jesus not the Lamb of God? So we can't use his sacrifice to celebrate this feast? And no, we don't HAVE to do all these things. We can't be saved by doing it. We should do it because of love. For example Paul considered himself a bondservant. This means that after we are freed from the penalty of the law by Jesus, we go back and say to Jesus that because we love him, we want to keep serving him. I do not agree with every section or church in the Herbrew Roots, but as a Christian do you agree with every church that calls themselves a Christian Church? You make some very strong statements about the entire HRM. Should we not better focus on the common love we have for Jesus and God then to pinpoint at each other and calling each other false teachers? I keep on trying to keep all the commandments of God, because I love God and I believe the commandments are perfect. Also I believe Gods words endure forever. For me the law is just something that defines sin and there is no moral law or other category of law. I can't find that back in the bible. God bless you

John 10:16 King James Version 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. How can you have one fold when part of of it keeps the day of the sun-god, eats detestable things and Pagan holidays and the other part eats kosher, keeps the sabbath and the law of Moses?
@WolfSpectre1993
@WolfSpectre1993 6 месяцев назад
@@zouksesanet Are you forgetting Acts 10:9-16 and Genesis 9:1-3 along with Romans 14:13-23? Eating meat isn't a sin. Why call something unclean to which God made clean? Also, why speak of doubt when things ought to be done by faith and giving glory to God (1 Corinthians 10:31)? Did you not watch the video? Lastly, though you have many accusations like how the Devil prosecutes the brethren day and night, if you have to work for a false salvation, you ought to question your leaders than those exposing the cult. As far as Sunday services go, I let that be by grace although I know their reasoning stems from Matthew 28:1-10, John 1:1-4, and Genesis 1:1. Gathering on Sunday is reminiscent to the day Christ rose from the dead, to which reminiscences to God the Word made the heavens and the earth in the beginning. Thus it brings to Matthew 12:1-13 and Mark 2:23-28. This means Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath and we are made for Him knowing He said on the cross, "It is finished." and we are to rest in His perfect work (Hebrews 4:1-11). "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30; KJV Bible) I end with this: every religion focuses on works but they instill fear for consequence, than truly explaining the why to do those works. Knowing one must be saved before performing actions of gratitude, how can you be thankful when your salvation isn't secured? Isn't it odd one must prove to be saved than being thankful for the free gift God gave?
@zouksesanet
@zouksesanet 5 месяцев назад
@WolfSpectre1993 No, I'm not forgetting Acts 10:9-16. It would seem that it is you that have forgotten to read the remaining verses of this chapter. Note Acts 10:28 KJV And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean. Here, Peter explained the meaning of the vision. It wasn't about food at all. It meant that God had opened the door for the gentiles to hear the gospel and the Jews who believed in Yeshua should not treat them as unclean. Peter called it unlawful to eat with gentiles because it was part of Jewish law, not Torah law. Remember when the Roman centurion told Yeshua that it wasn't necessary for Yeshua to come under his roof? Because, according to Jewish Law, Yeshua would have been defiled. Genesis 9:1-3 is not telling us that God allowed Noah to eat bugs, mice, pigs, vultures, catfish, and shrimp. Noah knew the Torah. He knew the difference between clean and unclean animals and that he could only eat the clean ones. See Genesis 7:2 and Leviticus 11 (entire chapter). In Romans 14:13-23, Paul violates God's commandment in Leviticus 11 by allowing Gentiles (the Roman Christians) to eat unclean meat. When did God, in the Law, the Prophets or the Writings, ever changed his own Law? Who is Paul to change God's law? He claimed to be the 13th apostle when Mathias replaced Judas, and the count was 12, only 12 Apostles. The foundations of the New Jerusalem have the names of the 12 Apostles written on them. Paul is not mentioned. Paul himself said many of the things he wrote in his letters are his opinions and not the Word of God. Paul also claimed to be the Apostle to the gentiles. From my recollection, Yeshua called Peter to be sent to the Gentiles. Was the Messiah confused? Did he change his mind? It's acting by faith when you take God at his word and obey his commandments, not when you disobey him and eat whatever you want. In I Corinthians 10:20 and 21, Paul said not to have fellowship with devils by eating meat that was sacrificed to devils, then in verse 25, he changes course and said to buy that meat and eat it because God owns all the earth. There is no scriptural support for him to say this. Actually, Yeshua said he’s against those who eat meat sacrificed to idols. (Revelation 2:20). He didn't say it's OK as long as you pray over it. You brought up how the Satan accuses the brethren day and night, I didn't. I'm not working for a false salvation. I question everyone who teaches the Bible because I'm a Berean. The Hebrew Roots Movement, Messianic Jewish Movement and Lapid Judaism are not cults. This is a worldwide movement of the Spirit of God that has no central leadership, no denomination, and no age limits. God is opening the eyes of his people all over the world to the lies that they were taught in the Church since the time of Constantine and the church councils and they are discovering the Truth of the Torah. Jeremiah 16:19-21, Jeremiah 3:14. Acts 15:16-17 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: 17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. It is the beginning of the end-time restoration of all things, the ancient paths, although imperfect. Yeshua said to keep the commandments if you want to have eternal life. He also said you have eternal life if you believe “on” him, not “in” him, meaning, it's not a passive belief, you have to show it through your actions and lifestyle. Luke 18:18-20, Luke 10:25-28. I John 2:4, Revelation 14:12. Philippians 2:12 work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. I Corinthians 4:2 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. Miriam may have seen the Lord at dawn on Sunday morning, but that doesn't mean that he rose on Sunday. Remember, Yeshua is Lord of the Sabbath. I won't go into the details, but know this: Yeshua died on a Wednesday and rose just before sunset on Saturday evening. 72 hours or 3 days and 3 nights. Remember the Roman soldiers who were guarding the Tomb. They saw the resurrection before Miriam arrived. It was still dark. Besides, there is no commandment to worship on Sunday. Read the book of Acts, they kept the Saturday sabbath. On Sunday, they broke bread and took up a collection. There is only one passage in the New Testament that refers to the early Church breaking bread on the first day of the week (Acts 20:7), but a closer examination of the context reveals that it actually refers to Saturday night after the Sabbath had finished at sunset. I. The Hebrew calendar, the days begin at sundown, not at midnight. Furthermore, breaking bread simply meant sharing a normal meal, the phrase coming from the observation that a meal officially began when someone had broken off a piece of bread. John 1:1-4 and Genesis 1:1 have nothing to do with Sunday worship or the resurrection. Matthew 12:1-13 is Yeshua correcting the Pharisees about the fact that healing a man on Shabbat is allowed because a human life is more important. Just like today, there are certain professions that deal with life and death, like police officers, doctors and nurses, firefighters etc. It would be wrong for one of those professionals to tell their boss that he can't work on Shabbat because he keeps Shabbat. But other jobs would be. Same life principle applies for Mark 2:23-28. The disciples were hungry. It is not work to pluck corn and feed yourself to stay alive. You quoted Hebrews 4:1-11. Read the rest of the chapter. What's the rest or Sabbath here? It's having faith in the word of God and his promises. The word is powerful and covers every aspect of life. Rely on the word and on Yeshua as our High Priest instead of doubt and worry for your body or the circumstances of your life. All is wide open to the word. The word is the answer. This does not cancel keeping the Sabbath day. Matthew 11:28-30 is right on target in this context. “It is finished” means he paid the price for Adam's sin in full. Let me end with this. Hebrews 13:15. All the credit to save us, keep us and sanctifying us goes to Him. We can take no glory. We are not trying to earn his salvation, but our works and keeping his commandments are evidence of our love for him. James 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

I appreciate your take on the Hebrew Roots movement (which I am not a part of, but I am interested in Torah pursuing) as they have many false teachings leading them (elitism, legalism, purely human Christ, etc) but I think the goal should be for all Christians to pursue the laws we can as best as we can, instead of just throwing the whole Law away because 'there is no perfect practice.' God sees our efforts and they are not in vain - in fact, for the modern day Jew, there are only 190 some laws they can even correctly follow today as the Law ascribes. Following God's law shows that we (Christians, grafted in as God's people with the Jews) are separated from the world and from those who do not fear God. I understand the problems with legalism and elitism in the Hebrew roots movement, using the Law to lord over other believers, but wanting to follow God's law is not a hollow pursuit.

I definitely wouldn't call myself a member of the "Hebrew roots movement," but I believe some of the same things. Introduction --- I'm a Christian who realizes that as a believer, I am grafted into the commonwealth of Israel (Romans 11) and am, therefore, part of Israel. This means that since I am saved and love God, I desire to do the things He wants His children to do. That is what the law of God is-just instructions on how to live in a set-apart manner-the literal will of God. Jesus fulfilled it completely in that He didn't break a single one of the commands therein (something no one else could have done). But what that means is that He never sinned. Sin is the transgression of God's law (1 John 3:4). So if you have faith in Jesus and love Him, it is important to walk as He walked. He walked according to God's law and therefore led a sinless life. We however aren't perfect, and will stumble - given our sinful nature - but by trying to walk as He walked we can attempt to live a life free of perpetual and intentional sin. This however isn't what our salvation is based upon. It's more of a "now that you're saved, how should you walk," type of a thing. Living a life free of perpetual or intentional sin can only be done by understanding the law because, as 1 John 3:4 says, without the law, there is no way to understand what sin is, let alone how to avoid it. Again, this doesn't mean that you're entrusting your salvation based on how well you keep the law by any means. Even if you try your best not to sin, you will still inevitably sin. No one can be free of sin except for Jesus. But, when you do stumble, that is what grace is for. Repent, get back up, and keep running the race (1 Corinthians 9:24). It's important to note, however, that Jesus didn't even keep every law. Certain laws were only given to women, judges, kings, Levites, farmers, soldiers, etc. Since Jesus wasn't a woman, a judge, a king, a Levite, a farmer, etc., etc., He wouldn't have been able to keep those laws. There were probably 200 or so that applied to Him specifically, just as there would be you, I, or any other man, woman, or child today. Circumcision --- I've never heard anyone in real life saying that "unless you are circumcised, you cannot be saved." I've only really read that in Paul's writings and in Acts when dealing with certain "false brethren" from Judaea. Scripturally speaking, what matters is that you are circumcised in heart first. That is what saves you. Being circumcised in heart, means that you love God, you love His promises, and you believe in the One He sent to redeem you. But, once you're saved and your love of Him and His ways grows, and then when you feel led, you can be circumcised in the flesh as well. But that's not for salvation. Just like Abraham, he was circumcised in the heart first, and then he got physically circumcised. God already promised to bless Abraham long before he was compelled to get physically circumcised, which is a good picture of how the life of a believer should play out. I've heard people say that being physically circumcised can destroy your salvation, but that isn't true. If you read Acts, Paul circumcises Timothy. But based on the context, you can see that Timothy had a good reputation among the believers, meaning that he was already a believer and was already circumcised of the heart. Again, circumcision of the heart means that you have faith in His Salvation/Son and have a genuine love/fear for God. Feasts --- Regarding keeping the feasts, I think it is important to try your best. God is faithful, merciful, and understanding. Look at 2 Chronicles 30 - Hezekiah's Passover. In 2 Chronicles chapter 30, they kept Passover completely wrong. Still, they were doing their best, and God, merciful, kind, and faithful as He is, met them where they were at and accepted their worship despite everything being wrong. I've been to many Passovers, and I've seen a lot of different ways to keep it. But what I've never seen: vain traditions, killing a lamb as an actual sacrifice being offered up to God, etc. What I HAVE seen: people coming together in love, growing in their faith and understanding of our Savior, our Heavenly Father, and walking as He asks us to walk to the best of their abilities. Killing a Lamb for Passover --- I do hope to have enough animals to harvest a lamb for Passover one day, but not as you're saying - as a "sacrifice." There is only one true Passover lamb, and that is Jesus. But, in order to eat any meat, you kind of have to kill an animal. If you eat a burger - somewhere, somehow - a cow needs to give their life for that. If you eat lamb - somewhere, somehow - a lamb needs to give their life for that. Will I kill a lamb for Passover one day? God willing. If I am allowed to live on this earth long enough to see the day when I have my own animals, then yes. But again, not as a "sacrifice." No other lamb can be my sacrificial Lamb that takes away my sin and lets the judgement pass over me. But, since you eat lamb on Passover, I'll kind of need to kill one to eat it. I could also just buy meat from a lamb someone else killed. That's really the only way I've done it so far - store-bought lamb. Mainly, the appeal for me to eat a lamb from my own flock for Passover comes from God's word and the experience it would give you. You're supposed to take the lamb into your house on the 10th day, and on the 14th day, you are to eat the lamb. During those four days, your whole family would get close to that baby lamb because you'd bring it into your home like any other pet. It means that it would be very difficult for everyone when it is time to kill the lamb so you can eat it (like you would have to any other animal you wish to eat). This seems like what it might have felt like for God to send Jesus to the same fate. I've found that you can understand God more just by going through life. Just like growing old, having a family, and becoming a parent all give you more of an understanding of God's perspective, this would, too, I'd imagine. Noah & The Law --- You also mentioned Noah being permitted to eat ham, but I'd argue that wouldn't make sense. When you read back to the animals Noah brought on the ark, he was only to bring 2 of every unclean animal and 14 of every clean animal. Meaning that if he DID eat any unclean animals, they would've become extinct. So not only did Noah understand clean/unclean, but he was also given 14 of every clean animal so that he could offer up the sacrifice once the ark landed and also so that he and his family could eat. Regardless, this response is long enough already, and it's not going to convince you, but I felt led to provide my perspective.

This is hebrew roots doctrine. Twisted out of context. Many HR folk deny being hebrew roots but believe HRM doctrine. It would be like a catholic practicing catholicism stating they are not catholic. Its a false movement based on torah and not Jesus and the gospel. I spent 18 yrs in those circles until the Holy Spirit opened my eyes

All HRM doctrine is built on out of context scriptures that are distorted. Read in context and the house of cards crumble. It is also covenant confusion and identity confusion. No we are not under Mosaic covenant. We are under a brand new covenant not like the one made with the fathers according to Jer 31 based on better promises. Paul still called gentile belivers gentiles. You are not Israel. HR folk are not Israel. They dont know their identity in Christ that are adopted into the family of God the body of Christ consisting of Jews and gentiles. They think they have to be Israel to be special to God. No one becomes His child when they trust in Christ and his atonement.

1 John 3:4 states sin is transgression of the law. It does not say Mosaic law. It is not refering to it. Hrm folk insert it into the pasage. Its how they are taught to read the scriptures saying law always means mosaic law. No only the law of Christ and the moral law which existed before Mosaic law is binding under the new covenant.

The feasts cant be kept without a levitical system priests and temple. Noah was told about clean and unclean only for sacrifes. We see he offered clean animals on altar. But was told he could eat any animal. Hr folk just ignore that scripture.

@@freedominchrist444 So, what law do you imply you would break to be found guilty of sin? In context, he's clearly talking about the law of God. That is the law that shows us what sin is. The only way that you can sin is by going against what God commands. What is the reason for the fall of man? What was the first sin? Breaking the command of God. No insertion of the meaning is required. The Bible has one single thread attributed to the definition of sin throughout - breaking God's command. Whether it is a personal command - "Jonah, go to Ninevah!" or a global command - "Thou shalt not murder."

This guy knows nothing and is lying every sentence that he speaks. He is speaking against something that he knows nothing about. He MOCKS the commandments of God and speaks against truth. You were warned against people like this. How are the commands of God "doctrines of demons"? Blasphemy!! That is how.

First of all, we don’t know which kind of HRM movement that brother Matt has fell into or followed. Not ALL HRM movements follow the, “Name Only/sacred name” movement, “circumcision salvation” movement and etc. Matt is developing his arguments on certain verses without reading and studying them within context, and it gets worse and worse there. He made a point that we can’t follow any of the feasts properly, but didn’t mention it fully at all. Indeed we can’t follow the feasts properly because the absence of a physical Temple. The same could be said with all the festivities developed within the church and celebrations going on which are and can be called pagan in nature. The food part, if he can take a scripture during Noah’s time to justify that we can eat anything we want, we should go back before the fall in Genesis where we are called to be only vegetarians. I personally am not siding with certain extremists HRM movement as they have developed erroneous doctrines, but we ought to follow His commandments diligently. If he can claims so mightily that losing salvation is pagan, the same applies to one even assuming we are saved which is more dangerous, and he mentions all other things are pagan, then he should look into his own self and notice how he is in a Hellenistic pagan Christian religion rather than the biblical/scriptural one. Sorry brother Matt, I don’t know what happened to you, you’re just ranting so many things that you got hurt by. Prayers and love.

How you can say hebrew was a dead language for a thousand years with a straight face is beyond me. It has never been a "dead" language, you only weaken your arguments with very weak and easily disproved lies. Stop stretching bud. You worship your way, we will worship ours, there is no readon the world still needs to fight like a bunch of fools over faith. They all preach peace, go try living your word

Memorializing YHWH's Feast as best as you can when some elements are not present (Priest, Temple, etc.) is not taking away from His commandments. It is showing how believers respect and remember His feats which He commanded as a statute forever. I haven't met or heard any Hebrew roots movement that teaches you have to be circumcised to be saved. You are confused with Paul's difficult teachings like many others. Accusing Paul of teaching against the Law of Moses which he never did. You keep saying "moral law" as if other commandments are not moral. The Bible specifically teaches that all commandments are moral or righteous, truth and holy. By the way, the word moral cannot be found anywhere in the Bible! There are just many false presumptions here.. stay away from this lawless doctrines people! Obey "all' God's commandments carefully and lawfully and be rewarded greatly! Do not listen to whisperers like this guy who seduces you to ignore some of God's laws.

Isaiah 1:11-17 KJV “11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats. 12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts? 13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. 14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them. 15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood. 16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; 17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow”

King James was a mason. Also he wrote a book on demonology but yet he also has a Bible think about it wasn’t invented in Hebrew until the 1500 but Jesus is older than 2000 years. The 1500 was only five years ago.

19 years ago I discovered that the Greek text does not even say that Jesus rose on the first day of the week (Sunday). Get ahold of an interlinear bible (J.P Green Senior) or a literal translation (Youngs literal bible or the concordant version) and look at each of the resurrection accounts to see it. Mia Ton Sabbaton literally means "On one of the Sabbaths". Which Sabbaths? One of the 7 sabbaths that follows Passover and leads up to the day of Pentecost. We are told that Pentecost is the next day after the 7th sabbath which makes 50 days. Pentecost literally means (count 50). The bible is so much better when we have correct translations and use the whole book. It paints a full picture of Gods plan. In the Passover (Exodus 12/Leviticus 23) there are two sabbaths that are not weekly ones. One falls on the day after Passover and the other, 7 days later at the end of the days of unleavened bread. They are called Shabbaton in Hebrew. In the New Testament, we see a transliteration of that word into Greek. There is no sh sound in Greek, so that is why we have Sabbaton instead of Shabbaton. Also, in the resurection accounts, we have a weekly Sabbath. That is why we can see Mary coming to the tomb after the sabbath at the dawning into one of the Shabbaton.
