I wonder what the psychology of the rocking chair is. I just wrote in my spiral copybook very unneatly "history of the rocking chair" to not have to keep it in my mind, or try to remember to study its history. One country eats pasta, smokes, and gets in dangerous cars and has dirty air, and has good old world type fellas who get up into their 60's and 70's, and another land has no dangerous vehicles, does not smoke, has a clean sky, and eats natural food found out in the wild, and has tribal elders reaching 60 and 70.
