Christine is just the ideal artist. Talented all around, genuine, vulnerable, and just so naturally beautiful. It's easy to binge her videos because all of her music is SO. GOOD. She deserves infinitely more recognition.

This is so the 90s Janet Jackson, in a great way: music, dancing, costumes. Christine did say that she was inspired by Janet when she was making this album, and it's so obvious. I love it. French also sounds much better than English, so I love when she sings in English with strong French accent, but I love even more when she sings in French.

I didn’t know Christine and the queens until a few months ago when I saw a little bit of her presence on stage performing Ruapul’s Sissy that walk on a season finale. Her energy along with her unsettling beautiful androgynous face got my attention so hard but I never minded looking for her work. Then, like, last week, this video got me hypnotized for its great quality on production, great atmosphere and coreo, amazing style, and very, very sensual in way that got me wondering am I really just a gay man???? Then I looked up for the album, I must confess I didn’t like it very much, but Goya soda is a master pop piece. I think those two songs reveal a very interesting slice of her identity as a pop art singer and performer playing nostalgia in a very classy way. They also sound more mature among the other tracks on “Chris”. I remain excited about her future on music. Definitely an artist with great taste for pop productions.

All of their songs have a strong mix of Michael Jackson and old school vogue Madonna sounds. I love it! I am pretty sure both Mike and Madonna would approve as well. This song in particular has the strongest old school Mike and Madonna Vibe. Its classic.
