Hi everyone ! I hope you're doing wonderful, today is the first snow day in my city so what a better time than that to put the Christmas tree up !!
Which kind of person are you ? Putting the tree before or after Thanksgiving ? Let me know in the comments ! For my husband it's definitely after haha, so I promised I would wait !

Aurore, I just discovered your channel yesterday and have watched all of your videos. I absolutely love your style!! I went out last night & bought materials to make my own bulbs since everything is so picked at all of the stores near me. I'm looking forward to your next video. Your lights are probably different colors. Check the box. Soft white, or bright white. But your tree stayed nice 🤎

I actually switched to real trees a few years ago. I will never go back to fake. I don't criticize anyone who uses artificial. I support whichever is easiest for everyone. I absolutely hate fluffing trees. I don't get big trees though. I get between 5-6' trees. That's what I grew up with. I've been on a journey to simplify my life and to live more intentionally. For me that means no more wasting time storing and fluffing Christmas trees lol the live tree and greenery is the gift to myself every year.

That’s great, there’s nothing better than a real tree !! To go choose it, the fresh smell in the living-room I already miss having a real one haha ! That’s a beautiful gift you do to yourself I love it 🥰♥️ If I was still in Canada with the beautiful trees I was able to get I would have never switched to artificial 😢

Such beautiful work! Well done! The little trees are called BOTTLE BRUSH trees. To help you remember, think of washing a narrow neck bottle. How to do you reach all the way down the neck and into it? You use a BOTTLE Brush. 😉 There are tutorials to show you how to shave a bottle brush down to make a tree! So you can make one of you very own. HA. No thanks, we will just buy them, right?! ~ You won't believe this, I married a man who prefers to decorate Christmas Eve. OH BROTHER! Some years I let him have his way, and other years, the week after Tgiving. Merry Christmas! PS. Your photo IS the perfect touch. Why not make a tradition to take a new one in the same pose each year? Eventually marvel at the collection. No greater gift to society that a long lasting happy marriage. May your tree be weighed down with framed photos with proof. XO
