Nice! They're great bikes and if you wait around and keep searching, you can usually spot some good deals on them. As for the bars, I'm running baron hot rod drag bars. They're only six inch rise, so the blocks hit the tank at full turn. I usually recommend risers if you get them. Thanks for watching and commenting brother. Stay safe!
I was thinking where are all the f bombs tanya is talking about then f💣 f 💣 f 💣 f 💣. But hell I got Vance n Hines big radius with the end cap knocked off. Every time I get on it I get pumped and I’m like FUCK yeah this thing sounds awesome 😆 😆. Sorry tanya, I just droped one lol
Thanks for watching and commenting. That's awesome! I got mine back out for a couple rides today. The next couple weeks look like I may be able to sneak one or two more in as well. I'll take a new year that starts out like that! Liking this decade already. 🤣 thanks again brother, stay safe out there!
Hey awesome videos!!! Really appreciate the extra effort and detail. Your resent video, with the ebay - day maker headlight was great! I have a "Video idea" / suggestion would could you do a quick video on warrior front and rear suspension adjustments. Mine is an 02 and it feels soft. I couldn't find much on the forum about front damping adjustment. Thank bro keep the videos coming
Definitely a great idea for some videos. The 02 can't really adjust the rear shock, they switched to that option in 03. You can get a different spring that will hold better than the stock. I'm working on the lowering kit video now and will be showing you how to remove the shock and install an eibach 1000 lb spring on it. I'll definitely look into getting a video made on adjusting the front for you though. Thanks for watching and commenting brother. Stay safe!
Michael!! What's up brother!? Hope you're doing well. I got your email and haven't had a chance to reply, loving the suit though. 🤣 glad you were able to get out and enjoy it too. Looks like this next few weeks aren't horrible weather wise either. May be able to sneak one or two more in, if we're lucky. Ready for spring and getting together. Keep in touch and stay safe brother!
Cool video man, nice to get out for a Christmas ride. Out of curiosity and kinda randomly, have you ever thought about doing a video on adjusting the valves? Not sure how many miles your bike has on it but it seems like you ride enough to maybe need it soon? All your how to videos so far have been great, seemed like that job would be up your alley.....
Hey Eric, thanks for watching and commenting brother! Definitely would make a great video, but most of the time, not necessary. The Warrior has hydraulic lifters and they rarely need adjusting. Not saying never, because that's definitely not the case. The manual says the valve clearance is automatically adjusted by the hydraulic valve lifter. However, there are times that the valve clearances needed to be adjusted manually. Can I ask why you're wanting to adjust them? If you're having valve ticking noises, I'd try changing the oil first and see if it goes away. Let me know what you come up with and if that doesn't help, maybe a video is needed. Thanks again, stay safe out there!
RS Warrior Bryan Bryan, it was just one of those “usual maintenance items” that I’m used to on bikes. I’m still getting used to the Warrior......first cruiser and big twin for me. I come from the sport bike crowd and all of those needed adjusting around 20-30k miles. Hydraulic lifters sounds like the ticket then. One less thing to do. Nothing is up with my bike, it was just purely out of curiosity and pre conceived notions. Thanks for the reply
No problem! Glad that the bike is good! I grew up on sport bikes myself, so I know exactly what you mean. The Warrior is perfect for guys like us because it's not quite a bagger, and still can corner and has power for days. Hoping to get into another sport bike this coming or following season, we will see what happens. Would love to see both bikes sitting in the garage.
Nice brother, had same weather around Christmas Day here in Chicago 🤘🏿 also took my bike for a spin. Hey could you give me a link to your video where you fixed clicking sound after installing all led lights. Thanks 👌
That's exactly what I was thinking as I was riding. It was an awesome gift to receive. Thanks for watching and commenting brother. Stay safe out there!
Hey brother, thanks for watching and commenting. I'm just below you at about 36,300. What year is yours? I'm on an 02, so it's had a while to build up.those miles.
