Yayay, such a good video, Jill! I think I'm gonna try this with the pieces IDGAF about anymore and see what happens. I feel like a lot of your payouts were better than most of the payouts I get when things actually sell on ThredUp lolol. Also, I'm glad you're keeping that dress because it's gorg on you!

Yes!!! It's great for the items you would just be donating anyway and since you don't have to wait for each item to sell on consignment, you get that upfront credit! I'm checking thredup everyday for label availability lol.

Thank you! I guess I forgot to mention (PRETTY IMPORTANT) that with the partner kits, unlike regular clean out kits where your items are on consignment, you are given an upfront payout in *only* credit for the partner brand that you chose! I chose the brand that I most aligned with and whose pieces I thought would give me the best profit. Hope that helps!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us! This is one avenue of ThredUp I haven't utilized, and I pretty much hate them these days to be honest, but for business I need to be aware of new and changing platforms where I can find growth for my own! Clearing out unsolds and being able to reinvest in NWT inventory from some of these nicer boutiques would be new and fun. I wish ThredUp would let me convert my unused labels to Partner Kits (I just tried) but maybe that's a thing once they have Clean Out Kits available again? Your edits are great btw, don't get high off your own supply hahaha. Could this be a tax write off?!? David Rose says yes.

Same, I don't know how many times I have dramatically declared that I am done with them and then weeks later....I'm back, lol. Same! I have several unused labels leftover from when they changed their policy and I would love to just do an upfront partner kit payout!!! Lol, that David moment is iconic and used on a daily basis in my life.
