I can't believe how complicated it is to find your bookmarks on google. Firefox there is a little books symbol right at the top right boom u click it and your there.

FIREFOX > Drag tab icon to wherever you want. The end.

Why does my brain go numb as soon as computer nerds try to "explain" things to me? Is it because they don't bother to make up their own words and instead steal those of others to whom they mean something completely different, so we have hundreds of irrelevant images flying around in our brains as they speak?

Slow down. it is not a race and the whole purpose is to learn. Can't learn if you have to keep pausing the video and going back to catch what you did.

How do you organize your bookmark folders without it sort it all into the bar? Older versions had organize by type but I can't find it in this new version.

When I open Google.com I get the normal site. But when I shift click the browser to open another window, It shows me the most used sites in small tiles. Similar to 5:32 ... Why does that only appear when I open another window and how do I make the tiles default? It works in Chrome on my phone...

Chris, might you know why I can not drag and drop bookmarks or folders, while on the Bookmarks Manager page? No functionality at all, at any level, to drag and drop. Running updated Chrome on Win 8.1. Help?

You didn't tell them the best way to save a bookmark and that's 1) Highlight the url on the Omnibox 2) drag the url from the Omnibox to the bookmark bar or folder of your choice on the bookmark bar.

This doesn't work for me because Im on my phone.

When I install Google Chrome on a new device and log in to my Google account, I see my current bookmarks and my old bookmarks together. Where are my old bookmarks stored and how can I delete them permanently?

Help. In Google chrome , pressing top right 3 dots, shows BOOKMARKS, pressing this reveals saved bookmarks but no info. about folders or bookmark bar. Pressing SETTINGS does not reveal any listing called APPEARANCES so I cannot find any way to give me an option to create/open a bookmarks bar. Id be grateful for any advice. Thanks

Has Google just updated the Chrome Browser (Oct 2017)? I have lost all the lovely thumbnails for my bookmarks in every folder. Now all it displays are these card like squares with the web address in text? Anyone know how I can get my thumbnails bac.? This is horrible. thanks guys

Can someone with the knowledge please write a favorite app and toolbar for websites similar to Internet explorer. Google Chrome bookmarks are not in the same league. In fact they are crappy.

Bookmark with dog bark

What a pain in the butt. Every other browser I've had has a favorite icon. Ya know. Cause they are my favorite. Click the icon and there they are. What is up with the yapping dog and the having to click on 20 things to get to your favorites?

Why are you guys still using bookmarks, its very outdated. I would suggest everyone to switch to some third party tool. These are way better than bookmarks. To begin, try netsips, its there on chrome web store (chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/netsips/gbahaeoliekjdeaklngijenopidoifhc)
