Top Pure Instructions:
1- dip or polish nails in the color of your choice.
2- apply top pure and allow to dry completely
3- rub on chrome of choice and then dust off excess
4- repeat steps 2 and 3
5- apply top pure as top coat
6- apply seal around the edges
Gel instructions:
1- apply dip or gel polish of your choice
2- apply gel base coat and cure 30 sec
3- apply no wipe gel top and cure 20 sec
4- rub chrome on and cure 1 min
5- apply top coat again and cure 1 min
