On the other hand, an example of a germ cell is spermatogonium. Spermatogonia can undergo mitosis or meiosis. If a spermatogonium undergoes, meiosis, it will form 4 sperms. However, some spertmatogonia undergo mitosis to produce more spermatogonia so that a person never runs out of spermatogonia.
