I’m a musician and have had to spend a lot of time practicing recently. My last session was 5 hours straight with no break with my head bent forward. Next day huge knot in my neck and dizziness all day as well as extreme fatigue and urge to sleep. This has been like this for a week now. I have been sleeping 8 hours and still feel exhausted and dizzy. Napping twice a day and feeling no better.

This struck such a cord with me. I've been diagnosed with narcolepsy, CFS, and IH. I also have such problems with regulating my body temperature. I'll heat up for no reason, suddenly be freezing, or be sweating while I also have goosebumps. I also constantly have the muscles at the base of my head tensing up, causing pain, and bulging discs in c3/4 and c4/5. I live in Australia, so I can't visit the clinic. But I really want to explore this diagnostic pathway

They’ve been investigating chronic fevers and CFS in me for 2 1/2 years. It started after having surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome. They removed some scalene muscles and then it got worse this year when I had the same surgery redone and had first rib removed as well. I had a digital motion Xray because I’ve had neck issues and have had 3 whiplashes and have hEds. I’ve got slippage in all levels of my neck. Your research makes me feel seen, I’m literally crying. Thank you for putting it out there, I’ve been gaslit into thinking it’s not real and is all in my head. It’s not (well, it’s close to being all in my head haha, it’s in my neck)

Hi Ka Da, Thanks for the question. Yes, we have an older one from about 10 years ago, although the treatment is still the same. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-maKx-PKCnhk.html Our approach is Prolotherapy, or to at least determine if there is structural damage indicative of injured ligaments, in which Prolotherapy would be appropriate. Most patients who we see for any type of low back treatment have already tried and failed the conservative first-line approaches, and Prolotherapy is something to consider being evaluated for. Hope it helps in any way. Wish you all the best in health!

I had or have the same problem. A fusion to my c4/5 and now a herniation to c5/6 and osteoarthritis to c1/2 which not only causes extricating Radiculopathy but problems with temperature regulation, feeling hot and overwhelmed, dizzy, breathless, feeling like I’m going to faint, sweating and extreme fatigue. No one will listen to me and Drs just think I’m either a hypochondriac or it’s all in my head. 9 years of this and it’s so frustrating and soul destroying

I have strange sensations.....the strange sensation that is driving me crazy is vibrations..it feels like the floor is vibrating...this happens almost daily and it lasts 24 hours a day. It started in Mar 2020...a few months in, I started having balance and gait problems...it is almost non-existent some days, and worse other days...it's miserable. In concert with the vibrations I hear an engine sound...the louder the engine, the stronger the vibrations....on the days when engine roar is faint and sounds far away I have a rocking sensation...like I'm in a boat on the lake. It's driving me crazy. If you can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it..to date I've been told it's tinnitus. I have high pitched tinnitus in my right ear, have had for years and have habituated to it...this other sounds is in my head. Also for about 3 months now I have fever daily. I start out at my normal 97.2 and will feel hot inside and my temp will be 99...sometimes I feel cold and it will be 96.4..makes no sense.

@dinahsoar6982
@dinahsoar6982 2 года назад
@@katherinescott8821 It has been..labs are either normal or just outside of normal, indicating hyperthyroidism..I've asked them to do an antibody test but all have refused so far..say they don't find it useful...so, my thyroid may be being destroyed and once it is destroyed and my labs indicate a problem it'll be too late...also in Jan I was diagnosed by a dermatologist with frontal fibrosing alopecia..my immune system is destroying my hair follicle stem cells and the hair I've lost will never come back. I've lost at minimum a half inch of my front hairline. Doc's are pretty much worthless if you don't have cancer or heart disease. I've had cancer 30 years ago and they misdiagnosed that too, for an entire year..I kept insisting there was something wrong..I'd be dead had I listened to them. It's frustrating.

Hi bodi god, Very sorry to hear that. As we share in this and our other videos and webinars on vagus nerve function and neck instability, we approach these cases through looking at the neck and a thorough assessment of a patient's history to see if there may be a structural cause in the upper cervical spine that is affecting vagus nerve function, blood flow to/from the brain, GI function, etc. Hope you may find some help through exploring some of those avenues and see if it may apply to your case. We wish you all the best in healing!

As a patient for last 13 years and currently in the episode. I think researchers going on a wrong direction. They are treating patients for symtoms and not the cause. They treat for EDS . Cognitive. Mood swings. But none of them address the cause. Which is not wakefulness.. But waking up refreshed and rejuvenated. It is the issue when we sleep and how the Nuerotramitter work in the brain and set your body and brain Perfect.. This is not happening in KLS. Please address this. I am from India

Hello Doctor, I would like to know if you have had or have known of people who suffer from depersonalization and derealization due to problems related to the neck or other causes (no because of anxiety) if so, is there an effective treatment? I have suffered from DR / DP for 30 years (24/7), it started (from what I remember) after a migraine with a visual aura. I also suffer from constipation, neck pain, blurred vision, myodesopsias, tinnitus, frequently blocked ears, sometimes I suffer from visual aura without having migraine, etc. Thanks a lot. Sorry for my English :)

Hi Nombre Apellido, Thank you for sharing your story and reaching out. Sorry to hear what you have been going through for so long. All of these symptoms make sense to us and yes, we do see patients with cases like this in our neck center. What we often find through motion x-ray is a person's case of intracranial hypertension was due to previously undiagnosed upper cervical instability. You may want to check out some of our other videos on upper cervical instability to see if that may help in your case to find some possible avenues to explore. Here is one where we directly discuss the concept of the brain toilet obstruction: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V3hQgAXhnFs.html If you would like our team to review the details of your case further to see if you sound like a good candidate for our center, please feel free to reach out directly: www.caringmedical.com/head-neck-specialist-visit/ We wish you all the best in health and finding some relief soon!

Whether prp injection works for bankart lesion of shoulder
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy 3 года назад
Hi pragash s, Thanks for the question. Like any type of labral or shoulder lesion, there is not necessarily an across the board answer. It is case by case whether that particular person would be a good candidate for PRP Prolotherapy. We find that much more consideration should go into creating a specific treatment plan than just one finding from the MRI. Physical exam, ultrasound stress testing findings, personal medical history, etc. all need to be considered. We wish you the best in health!
