I love the idea, It just popped up in my RU-vid recommendation, could you also explore the idea of digitalizing a film camera? That would be interesting.
I already thinked about it there would be a few challenges I believe the biggest challenge would be the size of a digital sensor but let me think about it. 😁
Thank you for your question. It is very relevant. I suspect is due to current flow the ESP32's 5V didn't had suffient current flow to give it of the DC-DC's input or option 2 is due too DC-DC current the empty battery warning screen usually popped-up when I took a photo. SInce I chenged to tp4056 that had 1A max output current seemsed that the issue disappared.
i have an ancient canon that takes cf cards and a more modern kodak(terrible) and a modern nikon coolpix(less terrible) the canon outshoots them in any situation the only downside is a smaller resolution image but it hardly matters if it looks so much better. the kodak was so bad I had to go read up on why and I guess they just make the most awful digital cameras
@@santyclaws It's all about the personal taste, I prefer where people talk in the videos and explain what they are doing. Videos with only showing and music are my least favourite, I just find the music distracting.
Hehe. I had the same feeling also spent weeks to finish and finalize, but in the end I believe every moment where worth especially when you see an old looking video footage from the camera it is very impressive. These days the low end budget phones are making much much better quality. But sill in the old footage is something unique.
