62 Lancer is American car the US vehicles were quite differant looking than the Canadian models even the dodge dart in the US it's called a signet duffarant but still cool

My 67 cudahad a 170 and it was way more potent than the 225 even at the top end it would still keep.pulling 225 after 5000 it was out if breath

It was designed as a slanted engine to clear the low hood line/clearance of the then new 1960 Plymouth Valiant.

It was to lower the hood of their cars.
