I saw him play while at modesto Christian HS. He never had trouble shooting free throws then. Maybe because there was no pressure? BTW, for you making fun of him....just remember. NO ONE in the NBA deserves it. Just to make it in the NBA and play regularly, you have to be a great basketball player.
hand pointed at the basket... BTW, I'm not sure if he's a quite a poor man's Dennis Rodman. He's bulkier, stronger and much less quick and athletic. He's more like Wes Unseld from back in the day without Wes' low post game. It really is amazing in this day and age a 6'6" guy can play center in the NBA. It's a tribute to his hard work and hustle that he's carved out a place for himself in the league. He should take the $5 million a year while he can get it.
its just his form of shooting.....no problem at all as long as you hit those ft more than 65%..unlike dwight and shaq..and why is it lakers have always a star center whose ft shooting is terrible..i wonder as a laker fan..hahaha
It was probably a streak he carried into the game from the previous one, as if you pause really quickly at the beginning it says he has 16 points and 8 rebounds so the announcers were probably talking about the previous game.
man chuck hayes is a good player and a good athlete. Work ethic is very good but man, I WISH HE WAS TALLER. if he was taller, he'd probably score much better inside the post.
