Ironically this proves how bad the media actually is. Charles both overreacted after game 2 and now in the correction. The media simply do not do their homework. At all.
@@judewick8885 Couple of grumpy old men that can't take an ounce of what they dish out. I expect it from Shaq to an extent, though he's been worse than usual. But Chuck is WAY more touchy lately. Must be upset about the show coming to an end after next season or something.
chuck being mr sensitive saying he doesn't care what mike malone said but goes on a monologue about how he doesn't care🤣 . He also didnt watch the whole clip. Malone said himself that he couldnt blame them eggheads on TV for picking the wolves with how denver played the first 2 games🤣
@@allanluis3696 he didn't call them eggheads... the commenter did. He called them talking heads or something like that. He wasn't disrespectful at all there
The irony is coach Malone literally said what Chuck already said. Immediately after the quote, Malone said to be fair we played so badly we gave the media a reason to believer that based on the first 2 games. Charles is only proving again that the media doesn't watch anything in its full form.
Everything Shaq and everyone said was true. Denver looked like trash after those first two games. So now Malone needs to go make a tape giving them credit after they have all went and back tracked their statement
As a Denver fan, I appreciate Chuck for his motivational speech for my Nuggets. I also appreciate his not guaranteeing the Nuggets win. He played his role perfectly.
@@ItsGoudaa i want Denver to win. But they also shot very well the other night. i keep thinking Edwards is going to have a cold night but as long as he is hitting shots they have enough big guys to win any game they are in. Their d is solid, KAT is bound to do something at some point.
chuck totally missed the point of the video shown to the nuggets... He was saying "This is the public narrative about you guys. And based on your play they are right to do so. Let's play like champions" it wasnʻt saying "all these guys are dumb look at the experts look how dumb they are guys"...
Jokic deserves the mvp award this year and last year I think it should have been him also it's the impact he brought to the team. Jokic with unmatched skill, with the best IQ and unbelievable courtvision to let his teammates get involved in every game. The best player right now, MVP³.
People forget that Coach Malone said at the end of his interview "experts didnt give us chance and after watching first two games I would say the same thing". He used it as motivation, but also acknowledge how bad they played.
@@anthonyradtke4714 but that was only the first 2 games. We’re going into game 5 now and Minnesota choked their chance of putting them away. Denver have momentum going into game 5 at home and they’ve adjusted, they’re not losing tomorrow
I'm surprised Ernie didn't point out the fact that Mike Malone explicitly said that the analysts weren't wrong to think they were going to lose. Chuck's entire rant here is predicated on his inability to listen to what Mike Malone said.
It's emblematic of what's wrong with a good portion of sports media. Dudes getting all emotional and in their feelings about subjects when they haven't even bothered to watch or listen to what they're talking about.
He wasn't wrong. This was so predictable. It's scripted. Game 3 was rigged and game 4 Denver had to play near perfect while wolves played like TRASH only to lose by 8. Also they changed their game plan to a garbage strategy that they never did, so it's suspect if game 4 was also rigged
@@timl998stop with the conspiracies my man it’s not good for your mental health😂why in the world would twolves sell on purpose? you think all those players are just bots? they are human beings who want to win🤦🏻
@matt-tb6gt : If you really listen to how Barkley analyzes a game, it's evident he has a very low basketball IQ. In Barkley's regular season, MVP year, he led the Phoenix Suns to the NBA finals. The Suns now have an opening for a head coach. I guarantee they won't be contacting Charles for the job.
Listen, a lot of Denver fans felt the same way. All we want to say. Thank you Shaq. You said Jokic didn't deserve the MVP, he said, let me show you why you only one won.
Y'all easily forget that this same Nuggets team led by Jokic and Murray came from 3-1 4yrs ago against the very good Clippers team. This team has characters that other teams don't have. Have some respect!
The Nuggets are showing that they have the hearts of a champion. You have to remember that most of the NBA expert analysts predicted to sweep, which would make the nuggets an underdog… Actually, a huge underdog. But their championship spirit made them ferocious!
after game 2 the odds of the nuggets making the final went down to 0.8%😂they def are clowns. when the nuggets make the finals we’ll come back and say nuggets only had a 1% chance of being here😂
Chuck didnt watch the interview or something, coach Malone never said all these analysts were wrong and he also said he wouldve thought the same as everyone about the series. He just used it all as a fuel for his players, thats all
The lack of basketball understanding from Chuck and Shaq is pretty hilarious. They just go with whoever played great recently, and who didn’t play great, and that’s how they tell us all what’s gonna happen next. Amazing. Could be replaced by an AI chat bot looking at a box score.
@@leemcqueen500 if LeBron leaving for Miami was considered ring chasing then Barkley going to Phoenix (a team that was 4th in the conference before he came) is ring chasing
You guys didn’t say the series was over…you said they were getting swept, that Jokic was overrated, that his LEGACY was on the line…. It was one of the biggest overreactions in recent sports history, and now sports heads are mad they’re paying for it. At least Stephen A apologized.
@elai3147: You can't squeeze blood from a rock. Chuck was a physically great player, that does make him qualified to break down an analyze the strategies needed by teams to win games. He's on TNT based on being a HOF player, and to provide humor. That's why neither he or Shaq would never be considered by any team as a head coach.
@@user-rn9ij8rk5c chuck does make some valid points every now and then, and figured he should know better since the exact same thing happened to him in 95 in the 2nd round, winning the first two games on the road against the champs and everyone prematurely saying the series was over
Yeah, I absolutely loved that by Kenny.... You would think a guy like Chuck that blew a 2-0 lead after winning the first two games on the road, and then the following year losing a 3-1 lead with a game 7 at home would know not to count a team out, especially one like Denver that has championship pedigree. But then again what does Chuck know about winning? He doesn't have a ring.
@@brianduru3753The Western Conference Champions get rings. Btw that was another rigged NBA game when Phoenix beat Seattle in game 7. Phoenix SHOT 64 FREE THROWS. The NBA wanted Jordan vs Barkley
No matter how Denver looked how can you have played the game and watched it for as long as Barkley and write off a defending champ team with no injuries after 2 games?
Part of going off of what you saw is not being a victim of the moment and underestimating a proven champion. I'm rooting for Denver and I think they have the advantage back but anything can happen. It's the playoffs. So many fake analysts out there.
@@Vortexnicholas he doesn’t own up now that he was wrong and just states the obvious like 90% of the analysts out there. As if a single person couldn’t say, “it’s gonna be tough but nuggets have the team and quality to get back in the series”. And now that they are, he’s angry for getting called out on it. No accountability, losers take! And btw I love Chuck, just don’t like this take!
I didn't know that Chuck picked the Wolves. JeezeI That is the kiss of death! Every team he picks, no matter how well they played before, seem to lose after he picks them to win. Dude is a jinx!🤦♀😂😂
